“Everything we hoped it would be and more” It's always a bit of a worry visiting a holiday property for the first time. Will it be as good as it looks on the website? Will it be clean? Will it be peaceful? I needn't have worried - what a wonderful lodge. Well designed accommodation complete with gadgets and quality fittings throughout - and not forgetting WIFI - much to the relief of our teenage daughter. The site itself is very peaceful and tidy and is situated on the south bank of the River Tilt. Blair Castle & Gardens is a 10 minute walk away with Killiecrankie visitor centre and Pitlochry a few miles to the south. There are also plenty of outdoor walking and cycling routes in the area to keep the more energetic happy too.
