“Home Away From Home” We stayed in this Murano Place apartment in September 2015 and have nothing but compliments about the place. We were driving and having a secured parking space just outside Edinburgh was very important to us and Murano place provided just that a secured parking space. We had my sister and her husband travelling with us and 2 spacious bedrooms with two bathrooms were just perfect, especially compared to renting two separate rooms in a hotel. Not only this was a much more relaxing, homelike experience but more economical also. Every thing was well though out and provided for a short vacation, like pans and pots, crockery, utensils, ironing board, iron, tea bags and coffee etc. Apartment was very clean, and quite a few good restaurants and mini markets were within a short walking distance from the apartment . Also access to center of the city was very easy via buses which you can catch from a bus stop only 2 minutes from the apartment. The best part was the owner Elisabeth who is one of the nicest and most responsive vacation rental owner you can wish for. I will recommend this apartment without any hesitation and am confident that anybody visiting Edinburgh, especially if they are driving will be very happy with it. Javed
