“Nicely modernised, walking dsitance to beach and, oh-so-helpful owners” We had a great w/e at Portreath for a family wedding. This house was perfect for our needs, extremely well-equipped, spacious and with nice touches like 'use the wine, and replace'. The owner Mark was very attentive, making sure the key had arrived with us, and the house was spotless on our arrival. The deposit came back to us very quickly. Portreath itself is not the most picturesque of villages, but has the basics like a general store, cafes and a couple of bars. We'd particularly recommend the Blue Bar, right on the beach with good bistro-type food. Great beach, great surfing and fantastic walks along the coastal path.

“Brilliant apartment” The apartment was brilliant... immaculately clean, great location. A lot of thought has gone into everything... the welcome pack... the kitchen was well equipped with lots of cutlery, plates everything that was needed and it was matching... not a collection of odd bits. The living /dining room was really comfy... lots of seating. The bedrooms are a great size with really comfy beds and nice linen and towels. Main bedroom even had an ensuite. If you are looking for a great place to stay .. this is it. Could only be bettered by being right next to the beach.
