The London Cottage is situated in Beckenham on the London/Kent border next to a substantial Victorian house which was once home to the Ambassador of Ceylon. The cottage features an open plan kitchen and living area, one bedroom which overlooks the garden of the main house and a bathroom.

The cottage is ideally positioned between 2 local train stations, 7 minutes walk, which provide direct services into both London Victoria & London Charing Cross; journey times are from 16 minutes.

A tram station is a 10 minute walk away and offers direct services to Wimbledon & Croydon. Greenwich & the O2 can be reached in 40 minutes by car. Brighton can be reached in less than an hour.

There is a leisure centre with pool and gymnasium, cinema and numerous parks.

“First class access to everywhere” Cottage was spotless and fully equiped and I was provided on arrival with milk,coffee, bread, biscuits, eggs and a bottle of wine ! The public transport links are amazing,two railway stations,trams and buses all within a short walking distance.Very good place to be based for trips into London. Overall excellent .
