' The Aspect ' is one of two adjacent seafront apartments located on the 2nd floor of Wyndham Court a majestic Regency period building. Both apartments, the other being The Lookout, have stunning uninterupted sea views.

Occupying an outstanding position amongst the fine Regency buildings which front Sidmouth's splendid Esplanade. The apartment is perfectly placed for taking leisurely strolls along the delightful seafront with its pebbly beach which gives way to golden sands at low tide.

Spend lazy days relaxing in a deck chair on the beach or alternatively in the apartment taking in the panoramic seaviews, listening to the waves landing on the shore below.

There are no parking restrictions to the front of Wyndham Court along The Esplanade, spaces become more readily available during the later part of the day. Alternatively there is parking in the town car park which is a two minute stroll away, weekly parking permits can be purchased at the car park which provide access to all car parks throughout the entire area at a cost of £23.

Gateway to the Jurassic Coast, Sidmouth is pefectly placed for exploring the World Heritage Site.

Walk the spectacular coastal path eastwards towards the picturesque fishing harbour village of Beer with its quarry caves and vast underground caverns and the delightful village of Branscombe with its thatched cottages and historic buildings.

To the west lies Budleigh Salterton a lovely sheltered seaside town with the nearby Bicton Botanical Gardens.

Sidmouth is home to an excellent range of individual and independent shops, numerous restaurants,inns and cafes. Amenities include a theatre, cinema, indoor swimming pool, tennis courts, bowling green and splendid parks and gardens.

Each year in early August Sidmouth hosts the celebrated Folk Festival Week.

"Location, Location, Location"

This is the place to stay in Sidmouth. Just sit and watch the constantly changing light over the sea from your window - a dream when you live in landlocked Gloucester!!. Everything you need is on the … More

"Perfect Place to Relax"

Stayed for a week at The Aspect. What a lovely apartment and such a nice welcome pack. The position of the flat is perfect for getting around. Three flights of stairs, but well worth it for the view. Parking easy, long term not far away. A weekly permit can be purchased from tourist information for £23 for the car park just up the hill. Also allows for 3 hrs in the short stay at the back.
Flat is clean, lovely comfy bed and plenty of essentials and entertainment including films, books and scrabble. We will book The Aspect again if we go to Sidmouth.
