"Well situated, comfortable cottage for a small family"
We stayed at Tresowes Green Barn for a week with our six year old son. The barn was perfect for the three of us, certainly compact but also comfortable, very clean and well equipped. The view from the bedroom window over the lake is a joy to wake up to - and with a summer house and pretty garden with outdoor space to sit and relax Tresowes is a peaceful place to stay. My son made the most of the large grounds to run about, collect frogs, feed the fish and appreciated the toys and games provided (swing ball, boules, etc) by such kind owners who made us very welcome and gave some good tips on where to go, how to get there...). Praa sands beach is great for surfing and rock pooling with a good beach cafe - and an easy drive to St Michael's Mount, Mousehole, the Lizard, Land's End, etc (recommend catching the train to St Ives).
