"Perfect location in Edinburgh"
This was our first trip to Edinburgh, so I was simply guessing at what might be a good location for touring the city. I got very lucky with this apartment, in every way. It is located on Rose in New Town, which is full of pubs and restaurants; for young people, it's full of life. It is a block off Princes St. where you can find department stores and everything else. It is a block below George, where you can find chic shops and restaurants. You are just down the hill from spectacular views of the Castle, and you can get up to Old Town via Playfair Steps or up the hill. Tour buses will pick you up within a block. It's perfect! The apartment itself is clean, modern, and comfortable. Everything you need is there, and that extends even to coffee and tea, a thoughtful welcome after a long flight in! We had a lazy morning or two just lounging and reading, and felt very much at home. Lynne, the manager, was extremely helpful and friendly even before our trip, answering questions not just about the apartment, but Edinburgh in general. The apartment was as described and shown, and we were happy with it for our two weeks in the city. Two caveats: there are 45 steps up to the apartment, so be sure you can manage that climb, which isn't bad compared to the rest of Edinburgh's hills! Second, weekend nights can be noisy late, so if you want quiet, stay out of town! We enjoyed the bustle of the charming street, and the shops along it. Overall, we felt we had the perfect place in Edinburgh and we highly recommend the apartment.

"Great selfcatering accommodation in excellent position"
This is a well equipped comfortable apartment very centrally situated. Although it is on a busy pedestrian street filled with pubs and restaurants, noise was not a problem. Supermarkets are close by, as are the main tourist attractions. A car is not necessary.

"Great flat, great location."
Me and my girlfriend were both very happy with the flat. It had everything we needed and more for our mini break. Best of all for us though was the location; the old town and major tourist attactions were easily walkable and Rose Street and the surrounding area were full of restaurants and bars which were right on our doorstep. Very good value for money!
