From the owner

Little Orchard is a large six bedroom Art Deco style detached house situated in beautiful landscaped gardens. It benefits from a large through lounge/dining room and an extremely well equipped kitchen with both a four oven Aga and large range cooker as well as an American style wide fridge/freezer.

Bedrooms are configurable as doubles or twins and are equipped with Freeview TVs. The Sitting Room has a 46 inch plasma TV with Freesat HD, DVD/VHS. WiFi broadband is complimentary. A washing machine and dishwasher are installed in the utility room. There is a gas fired 6 burner BBQ grill on the patio along with teak garden furniture and there is off road private parking for 4 to 5 cars.

The whole house benefits from a hot water system that has been upgraded to commercial specification giving high capacity / high pressure flow to all baths, sinks & showers.

A short walk down the Zig-Zag steps through the woodland opposite the house leads down to Cowes Esplanade, seafront and beach and the Royal Yacht Squadron. It is a ten minute walk to Cowes Yacht Haven Marina.

'Little Orchard' backs onto Cowes Golf Club making it an ideal venue for golfing breaks.

How do damage deposits work?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Miranda (the owner) a message.

If Miranda (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
