The Central England / Cotswolds / Warwickshire region
Warwickshire is known across the world as Shakespeare’s birthplace, and it celebrates its heritage proudly.
The town of Stratford on Avon was the Bard’s hometown, and you can still visit his house and Anne Hathaway’s cottage as well as the Swan Theatre.
The historic towns of Kenilworth and Warwick have spectacular castles which are open to the public.
Brandon is central to many local attractions but also to many major motorways making many areas of the UK accessible for day trips
The Coventry area
The RSC Royal Shakespeare Company has its centre at Stratford upon Avon, the Warwick Arts Centre has many events every day, the Birmingham Symphony and Ballet have active programmes and there are many film centres. The NEC, National Exhibition Centrre, hosts many major exhibitions daily.
Warwick and Kenilworth castle, Coombe Abbey, two major motor museums, a Roman Fort, Baginton Air Museum are all in the near vicinity.

Beautiful setting, quaint little apartment. We enjoyed our stay here and Ann and her husband were so hospitable. Will definitely be back this summer to use the lovely garden ! |

Beautiful gardens in a peaceful setting over looking the River Avon. The location is excellent for fishing, country walks and is central to a number of attractions. The hosts provide a warm welcome and are on hand to help make your stay even more perfect. The studio has very recently been built and decorated to a high standard. It is very well equipped with anything you may want for a 'home from home' stay. We would definitely recommend this to any couple wanting a relaxing break and would be happy to return. |
