The Studio Flat is newly built and is on the first floor overlooking the river and gardens. It has its own entrance, balcony and parking and features a spacious room with full sized pull-down double bed designed for daily use, breakfast bar, microwave, small stove, oven, washing machine/dryer, refrigerator, free WiFi, TV including FreeSat, DVD player, radio, shower, separate WC, balcony with table and chairs, leather sofa, bedding, towels, cutlery, crockery, cooking and cleaning materials.

The bed on the side provides comfort and flexibility of space. The comfortable double bed is designed for daily use. There is a breakfast bar and table and chairs on the balcony. The FreeSat TV has an inbuilt DVD player plus a music centre for listening to CDs and the radio. There is a separate shower room and a toilet.

Avonview Studio Flat features a large picture window overlooking the river, a gentle hill, a Stephenson Railway bridge and a large garden. Spend an afternoon curled up with a good book in the cosy living room; enjoy the view whilst sitting on the balcony while you sip your chosen drinks; sit next to the river on the swing seat watching the birds including swans, mallards, moorhens, robins, tits, woodpeckers, greenfinches and more or choose one of the many outdoor activities that the area has to offer.

Avonview Studio Flat is right opposite the Royal Oak pub featuring a varied menu and close to the Brandon Hotel. There are other pubs, a Fish and Chip shop, Sandwich place, Indian restaurant and a grocery store within walking distance. There are several delivery services for Italian, Indian and Chinese food. There are full cooking facilities and a washing machine.

Within a few miles are the many restaurants, shops and supermarkets in Coventry, Rugby and Leamington Spa.

There are many local sports facilities in Coventry and Rugby. Locally are fishing, walking and riding. There are several local cinemas and theatres including Warwick Arts Centre and the RSC at Stratford.

Museums: there are several museums in the area including the award winning Herbert, Lunt Roman Fort, Baginton Air Museum and the motor museums in Coventry and Gaydon.

* River Avon: Walk along the River Avon, through farms and visit the Queens Head for a drink or lunch on your way back on this circular walk of approx 5 miles

* Brandon Marsh: Vist the several ponds full of visiting birds from all over the world. View the birds from the 5 bird hides and meet other birdwatchers always willing to talk about sightings to both novices and experts. Visit the cafe for a drink or light meal.

"Perfect riverside location."

Beautiful gardens in a peaceful setting over looking the River Avon. The location is excellent for fishing, country walks and is central to a number of attractions. The hosts provide a warm welcome and are on hand to help make your stay even more perfect. The studio has very recently been built and decorated to a high standard. It is very well equipped with anything you may want for a 'home from home' stay. We would definitely recommend this to any couple wanting a relaxing break and would be happy to return.
