This is a delightful double fronted modern family home. Central to downstairs is a large modern kitchen diner. With sliding doors onto a lawned garden, there is a good sized breakfast table to enjoy the morning sea breeze.
The living area comprises of a living room, family room ( BOTH WITH SKY SPORTS) and dining room for family meals. Downstairs also has its own toilet and storage. The hall is tiled with contemporary granite tiles, so no worries about sand and sea water after days on the beach. Upstairs comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 good sized doubles and 1 room with bunk beds. All have good storage space.
The master is en-suite and there is also a family bathroom with shower and bath. Outside is designed to make the most of the sea-views. The front decking with furniture for warm evenings where drinks, food and sea-views can be enjoyed. The back garden is family friendly with a lawned area and BBQ.

Seaview is a modern build, and the inside reflects contemporary taste. Each bedroom is well appointed with good storage and tasteful linens. The interior design is in an urban style with co-ordinating furnishings. There are three toilet facilities.
Central to downstairs is a good sized family kitchen dining area in a simple beech finish. The kitchen has all the conveniences that are needed to make a holiday a true time for rest and relaxation. The property has been designed for those who enjoy the beach lifestyle with tiling to the front hall and kitchen area. There is also rear access to the garden for storage of beach equipment.

Seaview is a modern family home. Built recently it is on a small friendly village style development. The sea is central to this property that is slightly set back from the front which is a combination of grassed area, and pebbled beach.
The beach is semi private to the development so is usually less bust than surrounding areas. Selsey which can be reached via a seafront walk is more lively with a sandy beach and local amenities, the choice is yours. What makes Seaview special is that it is truly a family home and consideration has been taken to ensure that holiday makers feel it is home from home, but has the advantage of being on the sea front. Both the rear and front areas of the property have appropriate garden furnishing, and there are also beach chairs and picnic equipment to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Also Butlins in Bognor is only half an hour drive and you can get a day pass to enjoy all the facilities.
Seaview is also available on long term lets (over 1 month). Rental fee does depend on time of the year and will reflect a discount from weekly rate. If you are interested in long term lets please do not hesitate to contact us in order to present you with special price.

On the south coast of West Sussex in the lea of Selsey Bill is the seaside town of Bognor Regis. Bognor was given the title "Regis" in 1929 by King George V, who convalesced here. This is one of the sunniest places in Britain, with lovely clean beaches, parks and gardens, lively cafes, restaurants and pubs.
Selsey, nestling between the South Downs and the sea represents the classic English seaside resort - perfect for family holidays in the summer and cosy breaks in winter. In a 2009 poll conducted by Cottages4you Selsey was crowned best beachcombing location in the UK by Holidaymakers.
There are a wide variety of sports and activities available, such as diving, snorkelling, fishing, kayaking, golf, cycling and bird watching. Alternatively laze on the beach or stroll along the seashore promenade and enjoy the inspirational sea views.
Butlins in Bognor Regis is only half an hour drive and you can get a day pass to enjoy all the fun all day!
Watch the small fleet of inshore fishing boats bringing in the famous “Selsey Crab” and then treat yourself to “tastes of the sea” at the many local restaurants, seafront cafes and waterfront pubs. Visit the Lifeboat Station and its museum to find out more about the daring rescues of the RNLI.
You might even be lucky enough to see the launch of the Lifeboat. In the summer months Selsey buzzes with the sound of music and festivities with a variety of fetes, carnivals and festivals
Compact and intimate, Chichester is made for exploring. There’s history on every corner, from the Tudor Market Cross to the dominant Norman cathedral. But Chichester does modern too with Pallant House Art Gallery and its new high-tech, high spec exhibition halls.
There’s fun shopping, with designer label boutiques, stylish restaurants, organic cafés and gastro pubs – a haven for any ‘professional shopper’. See new drama and old favourites at the internationally acclaimed Chichester Festival Theatre. Plus there’s an eclectic programme of music and arts at festivals and concerts throughout the district.
For the more adventurous, the classic South Downs countryside is just minutes away. With plenty of outdoor activities on offer, from walking and horse riding to exploring cycle routes and hot air ballooning, you’ll never be lost for something to see and do.
