In rural Kent near Tenterden, Weald of Kent, plenty of parking, wi fi, situated in one acre of lawned gardens, (mostly unfenced) in the heart of the countryside, amongst the trees, rabbits, birds and local wildlife, surrounded by our own land, with pond (unfenced) and access to more.

Sleeps from 8- 16 in the Farmhouse and up to 24 by adding the close annex, just add numbers to your booking for prices, annex is added with increase in numbers over 16.

Excellent location for multigenerational family gatherings and groups of friends catching up, daytime games and BBQ s , relaxing, country walks and a base to explore the many attractions local and further afield.

Easy access London , M20 (10 miles) local stations(s) and all airports. Private rural location, quiet country lane, yet close to small villages with shops, pubs, post office, doctors and supermarkets, lots of great restaurants and old English pubs. Ideal central Kent location. Tenterden 3 miles. Ashford 10 miles, M20 motorway 10 miles , Easy access to attractions.

Large lounge, dining room for 12 - 16, open to separate additional dining room for up to 8, well set out and equipped kitchen, separate fully equipped utility room, 7 bedrooms plus annex with 1 bedroom and facility to convert two rooms and add beds to create 9 bedrooms and family rooms sleeping the additional numbers. Five bath/shower rooms plus ground floor cloakroom. Several TV s, Freeview, HDMI, USB, DVD s , Football Table. Games and Toys to keep you occupied, high chair , stair gates, and cot(s) on request, Internet Access ( Rural) .

Two patios, and plenty of outdoor space and seating, barbeque with gas, lots of outside space for football and games, surrounded by trees, open skies and our own farmland.

Excellent location for country walks and cycle rides throughout the weald, from local footpaths, and the bridle path at the end of the drive to the well documented pilgrims way.

Ideal family get together. Child friendly. Notes: No pets, smoking indoors, no noisy night time or music parties or fireworks.

Close to the High Weald AONB, many popular golf courses, course fishing locations, local vineyards, hop gardens, and many local attractions, as well as shopping, old English pubs, many excellent restaurants of most styles, and take aways. Or ask regarding, Concierge, housekeeping, cook.

Fishing and watersports:

Local coarse fishing , Cackle Hills , Biddenden, plus Bethersden Carp Lakes, Cranbrook, Bewel water and Lydd for water sports or the sea is only about 20minutes drive.

Shopping:

Tenterden is 3 miles, Ashford town is 10 miles offering a MC Arthur Glen Designer shopping outlet, high speed and International rail links, High Speed to London 35 min and Paris, or take the ferry across the channel for the day or why not take a trip to Lakeside and Bluewater about an hour away

How do damage deposits work?

If Tony (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
