“The best view on the island” We stayed at Lustacottage w/c 18th August 2012. We had a wonderful week there with mixed weather and unbeatable views. Sitting in the garden with a wee drink (or the conservatory when it was raining) watching the sunsets was wonderful. We toured the island and noticed that every shop we went into which sold postcards had a postcard with our view on it. Skye has many lovely views but ours was the best. We could've stayed in the house for the whole week just looking at the changing view. We loved the constant sheep noises and enjoyed the odd chicken visitor, unfortunately they did not leave us any presents. Booking was easy and Craig and Sue always answered my emails within a day. I had to change my day of arrival at the last minute and it was not a problem. The photos do not do this house justice, it is much more comfortable than it looks. We will be back.
