“Little gem” What a perfect little gem. Cosy retreat for two. Lovely little apartment with everything you need for a few days away. Location is wonderful perfect for wildlife watching, not lucky enough to be visited by the otter but the Heron and the Dipper obliged. Even provided with breakfast necessities, nice surprise. Beautiful countryside with copious amount of walks for all abilities. Lovely village pubs within walking distance or 5/10 minutes drive. Ate at the Red Lion, delicious no nonesense food at very reasonable prices. The owners Jaqci and John have thought of everything, and welcome you with the information you need to make your stay simple. Resident pooch Albus is adorable and keeps an eye on you wether you want him to or not, felt totally safe, he was always there on our return. Absolutely loved this golden find.
