“Excellent location” A great place to stay. Lovely house with everything you will need. Milk and tea and coffee is there for you when you arrive which a just what you need after a long journey. The owner David was great to deal with. Morrisons is just across the road and Cromer town a 2 minute walk. Can park 2 cars on the drive which is great as not easy to park in Cromer. Just walk down the road where you will find all the places to eat and drink and all the great little shops. Will definitely return here.

“Just wonderful location and house.” Comfortable house. Nice to have a small garden about us. Parked out in road as a bit easier as car is big. Lovely walks to beach at Happisburgh, cliff top. East Runton Old Vicarage garden was wonderful and lunch good. Endless beaches. Interesting coastal defences vary from beach to beach. Steep slopes at Mundesley and Overstrand but both worth the effort.

“Very comfortable and bright” We have enjoyed our stay at Edale Court. It Is well equipped and has a welcoming beach theme. Parking was really good and the apartment is situated in the perfect position to access whichever part of Sheringham we wanted, in minutes. There was plenty of room for the three of us. This is a well thought out holiday home.

“Brilliant cottage- perfect for our needs!” We were a group of 6 adults, 2 children and 2 babies. This cottage was just wonderful for us! It was great having 2 cots and 2 highchairs and there was lots of space for all of us. We enjoyed having a bbq outside and also used the table in the kitchen. The location was great and everything in the cottage was very clean. We really hope we'll get chance to come to this lovely cottage again!

“Cant be bettered” Lovely cosy cottage in a perfect location.Pleasnt an friendly nieghbours.Easy car parking very near to cottage.Southwold itself is a charming little town,althought it can be a problem finding a decent meal after eight in the evening.
