Located at the entrance of Trastevere, in a very advantageous position to reach in a moment every part of the city center, this small apartment allows you to visit the city without losing any of the opportunities that Rome has to offer. The attention to detail, the complete equipment and the choice of objects and fine materials, make it a comfortable and intelligent retreat for exploring the city or to stay there for business. The apartment, a construction townhouse, located on the ground floor in a sheltered position because in a backyard pool. Then a private and quiet, while remaining very accessible and bright, thanks to its two skylights in the roof. To access you have to cross, with a small flight of stairs, a communal hall. Upon your arrival you will find a bright and comfortable living room with a corner fully equipped kitchen in which there is no shortage dishwasher, fridge freezer and convection oven. A table for 6 people and a large corner sofa make this a perfect setting to relax, read a guide in your chair and get an idea of ​​the things to see and do, making plans and projects for your days. Well divided by a door, you'll find the bedroom. Here a nice french bed handmade by the upholsterer, makes a fine display, allowing you to store your bags in its container, while the memory foam mattress will put you back in order the bones after a hard day's sightseeing! From the bedroom you have access to the bathroom, a relaxing oasis thanks to a king-size stone shower and precious mosaic glass paste. The bathroom has a hairdryer and a washing machine and a small emergency supply of all essential products, if you forgot to pack something. Also from the bedroom you will access to a built-in closet and a dressing room perfectly decorated by the carpenter, in which to put in a few minutes everything you need and feel at home.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Iacopo (the owner) a message.

    If Iacopo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
