“Superb location and warm hospitality from owners.” This property is in a perfect location..stunning views with the added bonus of being able to walk up to the Village of Montone for Supper.We were fortunate to be there at the time of a local festival and the atmosphere was lively and traditional! I would highly recommend anyone wanting a taste of Umbria to stay here.The accommodation is comfortable, and the pool is in a perfect spot.The owners are very friendly and helpful with suggestions of where to visit and Restaurants to try.

“Fantastic villa in a beautiful location” We were a group of 8 people staying in this beautiful farmhouse villa. The villa exceeded our high expectations. There is lots of space and very comfortable. Everyone from our group said that they would like to return in the future. The indoors and outdoor space is fantastic. The area and village of Panicale are absolutely gorgeous. Every direction you look is breathtaking and the locals are so friendly and welcoming. We were very thankful to Katia who manages the property. She was able to give us lots of information and was more than happy to help us with anything we needed. She made everything very easy. We would certainly recommend this villa and a holiday in this beautiful location.
