Properties on Holiday Lettings can be sorted/ranked in the following ways:
Orders properties using various data points, in particular: ratings, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, minimum number of nights, and data relating to the interest in/bookings of the property through us, including the advertiser’s rate of providing quotes to travellers who make enquiries. Other factors include price, property capacity, number of photographs, location, amenities, appearance in search results, page views, and the advertiser’s responsiveness and cancellation rate.
Price low to high / high to low
Orders properties based on either (i) the property’s minimum nightly price, if the traveller has searched without dates, or (ii) the average nightly price for the applicable week of the year, if the traveller has input dates.
Orders properties by total number of reviews attached to the listing (highest to lowest), irrespective of average score. Where there is a listing with the same number of reviews as another (or a listing with no reviews), properties are sorted according to their proximity to the searched location.
“Lovely, relaxing base from which to explore” Spent last week at the Pink House with my husband and two teenage boys. We all absolutely loved it. Speronella and Georgiou were very gracious hosts and kindly arranged to meet us at the bottom of the hill in Cefalu on our arrival to guide us up the series of hairpin bends up to the Pink House. The 15 min journey up us well worth it - the views from the pool and terrace are absolutely breathtaking. The house itself was very clean and well equipped with everything you need (Speronella also left 'essentials' in the fridge so there was no need to dash off to the supermarket first thing). Spacious terrace with plenty of seating and a barbecue. A lovely week - hope to return again one day.
“A Delightful Place to Stay” Way at the top of hills overlooking the olive tree-filled countryside, this small house is pleasant and practical. Late afternoons on the terrace with a glass of local wine are unforgettable. The couple who own the house and live beside it couldn't possibly be kinder or more helpful. The one negative is the numerous dogs kept by neighbors that bark literally all night long. With the widows open on a warm night, sleeping is very difficult.
“Lovely home, well appointed, well located!” We have just returned from spending one week at Casa Ella in Taormina and we cannot say enough good things about it. The home is beautifully appointed, with everything that you could need for a comfortable, "luxe" stay! We were two couples and enjoyed the spacious bedrooms and two full baths. Above all, the rooftop terrace is marvelous! We dined up there most nights, enjoying the starlit sky and the second kitchen and grill. The home is located near everything you could need and is still quiet at night. Both couples agreed it was our best "vacation" rental!
“Worth every cent - highly recommended” Too many words can ruin the pleasant surprise once you reach this place. Besides the fact that Taormina is amazing, the appartment has all you need and more. Amazing view. Fully equipped place - kitchen, 2 living rooms, TV's, 2 bathrooms, AC, very large terrace facing the sea, car parking (you'll find it very useful in Taormina). Owners are very friendly and helpful. Appartment is very large too, enough place for 6 people without feeling too crowded. We were two couples and had a great time. You can either go out to eat, or cook for yourself and eat together on the balcony... town centre is 10 mins by foot through the town's narrow streets. I could go on and on, but as i said... too many words. price was worth every cent paid, and yet is cheaper from hotels and other appartments. I recommend highly. Photos advertising the place are as close to reality as you'll get.!!!
