Perfect location

We spent an incredible 2weeks here. The views are stunning and this villa is ideal if you want complete relaxation. The neighbourhood is quiet, the beach is a few minutes walk and you can hear the sea from the garden. Many mornings were spent watching the sun rise over the islands. The garden and pool are very well maintained and this ie where we spent the majority of our time. The house itself is comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. The air conditioning was welcome and efficient. The surrounding area is beautiful with many stunning beaches and restaurants and if you head inland, there are many interesting villages to explore. The apartment is in a perfect location, close to the beach (5 minutes), very easy to get around and walking distance to the center. There is a supermarket nearby and there are plenty of awesome bars and restaurants in the area. The place is great, very clean and has everything you need and would be ideal for a family. Villa in a Beautiful Location

This is a lovely villa in a very private and beautiful location in the hills between Palau and Arzachena. Well equipped and very spacious inside, but the outside space is the star of the show. Perfect place to relax. Great views, multiple places to relax or eat, and an excellent pool. The villa is in a large plot which Davide manages, growing his fruit and veg, and raising his chickens. The dirt track which leads to the villa from the main road is fine, less than a kilometer. Lovely beaches near Porto Cervo, and archaeological sites in and around Arzachena. Hiking near Monte Limbara is less than an hour away. Davide was an excellent host, keeping in touch via WhatsApp, and sorting out any issues very promptly. A Truly Unique Experience

Leontine’s house is situated on the top of mountain among nature and majestic Sardinian rock formations, a modern escape equipped with great amenities, and a spacious, highly functional kitchen. If you love cooking, stocking up with local produce and taking your time to prepare a proper meal is simply fantastic. We spent our time surrounded by nature, with occasional visits from birds, cats, turtles, and neighbor’s lovely horse Ida. Leontine is passionate, resourceful, and caring, she even prepared us a simple meal upon our late arrival driving up from Cagliari. You would be in good hands. There could be a learning curve to get used to the trail up and down hill, as part of the road are unsurfaced. And for automatic drivers, it would be helpful to arrange the car early as Sardinia has comparatively limited stock of automatics. But ultimately for us, with some small efforts of coordination, all the small surprises only added to the charm and uniqueness of the experience. … see more

We spent a week in this villa at the resort, the villa is great for a family, we were a group of a family of 3 (parents and a two year old) along with grandparents travelling for a holiday and attending a wedding at another local resort. There is a good sized double bedroom, a second bedroom with a single and bunk beds. Advertised with a sofa bed, which were were told was not available but were were then offered this, though it is not comfortable for two adults so bear this in mind. The property has everything you need., we mixed eating out with cooking the odd meal. There is a fantastic patio area and we spent most of our time at the villa out there. There is no air condition, though there is a ceiling fan in the small bedroom and two other fans for the main bedroom and living room, these are a must in the summer months. You definitely need to hire a car, taxis are available but very expensive. Shop around for car hire we were originally quoted over £1400 for a Fiat panda for a week from the big rentals, finally found a VW Golf for £330, from a more local company. There is one reserved parking bay and our second car in the small car park close to the villa. For us the only downside was for relaxing by a pool, there is a hotel on the resort, whilst we were informed that we could use the hotel pool and private beach club ( beach club is a few miles away) this proved to be incorrect and the hotel said we were not entitled to use their facilities. There is another pool at the golf club which is fine and has a pool bar for drinks and food but charges you as you have to hire sun loungers and umbrellas if you want to use the pool, €35 per day for 2 loungers and an umbrella, so that really adds up!!! If we had the correct information we would not of booked for this reason, as €70 for a visit to the pool is a lot if you go every day! If you want to visit the public beaches you need to arrive before 8am as they are full around that time and you are not allowed on there, this is controlled by the local police, so check before you pay to park! There are beach clubs, which are great but again you are advised to book as if the public beach is full and you do not have a reservation you will not be allowed to go down. You have to pay to go on the beach we were charge €1 per person, you pay this even if you are going to the beach club. There you have to pay for loungers, chairs and umbrellas, two loungers and an umbrella for two people was €40, more of you have children etc. Pula is a really beautiful area, with a beautiful traditional town that has great restaurants and a lovely feel in the evening. Fantastic location with great outdoor space for living / relaxing in

Lovely villa with loads of room and all the mod cons required. Best bit for us was the outdoor space to eat, drink, sit and relax in. Villa is v close to Alghero and all that has to offer in terms of beaches, restaurants and excursions etc. But being 5 mins from town was a real blessing as it was away from everyone else and could get back to the villa for some calm. The owner was v helpful throughout and the trip was effortless from start to finish. Would definitely return. … see more
