Villa Carina is perfect for a relaxing holiday in this beautiful part of Sardinia, with stunning views over the islands of Maddalena. Situated in a lovely private residential area enjoying the luxury of a heated private swimming pool with views over the sea and only a short walk to sheltered beaches which are very safe for children. Many other beaches just a short drive away. You would struggle to find a more beautiful private spot with views across the archipelago and close enough to hear the waves breaking on the shore. The pathway down to the beach is lined with pine trees providing an evocative aroma.

The main beach, adjoined to the hotel nearby also has a snack and lounge bar serving just about anything from small snacks to larger meals.

The nearest shops and several restaurants can be found in the little town of Porto Pozzo close by for your essential shopping.

The towns of Santa Teresa and Palau are just a short 10/15 minute drive away in either direction. Here you can find restaurants, bars, shops and the harbours of both towns offer trips around the islands of Maddalena.

- There is a large double bedroom (en-suite), a twin bedded room that can be made to a double, and a third bedroom with bunk beds. The lounge also has two double divans. There is a travel cot available - but please provide own linen. Bedrooms and lounge have air conditioning which are also heaters for those cooler evenings out of season. Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, cooker and hob. Large lounge/diner, Satellite tv, Wifi, SAFE.

- A large covered terrace/living area with lounge furniture and large table and chairs for al fresco eating from the 3 burner gas barbecue. The roof terrace also has table and chairs for those relaxed evenings taking in the peace and scenery, or sunbathing and relaxing by the private swimming pool. The pool is usually heated in April, May, and from the end of September to the close of the season in October.

There is a washing machine and outside sink under the stairs. Please provide your own beach towels.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Mark (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
