Rome holidays

Classical ruins, inspiring art and picturesque winding streets brimming with locals... it’s easy to see why the Eternal City has enduring appeal. From the breathtaking Vatican City to the peaceful Castelli Romani Hills, a trip to Rome will stay with you forever.

A Colossus Of History

No stay in Rome is complete without a visit to the Colosseum - the world’s largest and most historically significant amphitheatre. Other historical must-sees include the beautifully preserved Pantheon and the 'mother of all churches,' St. Peter's Basilica. Lesser-known sights such as the Ostia Antica Archaeological Park and Circus Maximus are also well worth a look.

La Dolce Vita Lifestyle

You’re on holiday, so why not allow yourself to indulge in some of the finer things in life? Watch the world go by while sipping a velvety coffee or fruity red wine. Tuck into a thin and crispy pizza cooked the Italian way or a sumptuous bowl of pasta before taking a leisurely stroll around the numerous designer shops. And if you need a little treat en route, cool off with traditional Italian gelato. As the saying goes, when in Rome...

Picture Perfect Plazas

Rome is a patchwork of squares and fountains, each with its own artistic value and history. The Piazza Navona’s open-air cafés, seasonal fairs and street entertainers will keep visitors entertained for hours. The Campo dei Fiori in the Parione district with its buzzing bars is the place to be when the sun goes down, and the Piazza di Spagna, site of the Spanish Steps, oozes style and sophistication.

TALK House in the Rome Centre
Exactly what we wanted!

Talk House is ideally situated - 15 minutes walk from the Colosseum, yet in the middle of a local community. Outstanding local restaurants within 5 minutes walk - you've got to try Mario's pizzeria - and less than 10 minutes from the San Giovanni metro station. The 12 euro 48 hour metro pass opens up Rome for you. Tamara was endlessly helpful, and Luigi, who picked us up from Fiumicino, was an informative delight. We will return without a doubt!see more

Easter in Rome

We spent a fantastic week in Rome over Easter. The location is great, right in the middle of a vibrant area of 'old' Rome. Fantastic restaurants and bars literally on the doorstep, and a lazy 5 minute walk to Piazza Navona. The apartment is great - all you could ask for. Highly recommended!!!!! … see more
ROMAC - Mazzini with 5 bedrooms near the Vatican
Excellent!

What a stunning flat in Rome ! It was perfect for our family reunion: Roberta, Catherine and Sylvia the excellent chef, I cannot thank you enough for your kindness, your disponibility, your precious advices for restaurants and above all your professionalism. We will definitely come back! The little bistrot with Luigi next to the flat was also great for aperitif and amazing Italian food !see more
ROMAC - Condotti with 3 bdr near the Spanish Steps
Perfect location. Fabulous apartment

The location of this apartment is amazing. For somewhere so central, it's very quiet. It's close to great restaurants and all the sights. Catherine (the host) is just lovely - you couldn't ask for a nicer person. … see more
Campo dei Fiori, modern and quite apartmet with private terrace
Comfortable, quiet and close access to all the sights.

Perfectly located to access all the sights Rome has to offer, easy to walk or taxi's/ bus not expensive. Campo de Fiori is a real treasure to have at one min walk away, the buildings in front exclude any noise from the fruit and vegetable daily market which is cleared and cleaned each evening with some 14 restaurants around the square. Live music ( not loud ) in the evenings too but again canot be heard in the appartment if you want a quiet night in perhaps cooking fresh lovely produce from the market. A Carrefour expess close by as well. Felt very safe and comfortable thank you Franchesco, comfortable bed and sofa, good shower, good kitchen, good lift. The access lane outside was quiet and not a thoroughfare. We would definitely book this apartment again and recomment it to family and friends. Sights amazing of course - we got a taxi for 5 euros to the top of the Spanish Steps then only walked down them! Then an easy walk back via Trevi Fountain. All perfect.see more
Property up to 9 In St. Peter area, courtyard
Perfect Rome property with easy transportation access

Situated in a quiet cul de sac within 10 minute walk to metro, buses and local shops. Massimo (who meet and greet us) was excellent and arranged airport taxis on our behalf taking away that stressful part of any journey with a large family. The accommodation was top notch with all the facilities you would need for a long or in our case a shortish visit. Rome is stunning and very impressive and I much preferred it than other capital cities I have visited. We opted mostly for the 100 minute travel ticket @ 1.50 euro, organising our site seeing by location but be prepared for some walking! No language issues as English is widely spoken. In all an excellent stay.see more
