The cozy flat in the heart of Monti - the trendiest district - is a short walk from the Coliseum and the Roman Forum; newly refurbished, it includes entrance hall, living room / kitchen with dining table, bedroom with sitting area and large bathroom.

The apartment has been furnished with the greatest care of all the details, with designer items and a warm style that makes it unique, cozy and comfortable. Inside, the ceilings have retained the old wooden beams, and a wall of old bricks (from the fourth century) will welcome you in the living room / kitchen, fully equipped. The bedroom is spacious and includes a large double bed and a sitting area with sofa and a third bed. In the bathroom the shower is for two: try to do it together! ;)

Access for guests is independent from the rest of the building; an illuminated door leading directly from the street into the apartment. The street is quiet and is just a few meters from restaurants, coffee shops and the trendiest stores of the neighborhood.

The Coliseum and the Roman Forum are around the corner, as well as the Cavour Metro Station and the main buses.

Right in the historic center of Rome, Monti is one of the most historic and trendy district, and is also one of the main sites of Roman nightlife; around the corner of the street you will find Piazza Madonna dei Monti, popular meeting place with its bars and shops. The narrow streets of the neighborhood are full of charm; I advise you to get lost walking through the trendy restaurants, the fashionable boutiques with refined style, the pubs with live music and the wine shops, bookstores, antique and modern shops .....

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Cristina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
