Location description from owner

The Lazio region

Trastevere is a popular quarter but, at the same time, it stands and is known for its "internationalism". Many famous directors (Bernardo Bertolucci, Alberto Sordi, Nanni Moretti and so on.) Have elected a movie set of their films. The foreign tourists are enchanted by the ancient and modern mix that you can breathe through the many narrow streets populated by artisans' workshops and street artists. During a walk, what will remain more impressed, will be the stores of ancient books, the murals, the color of the walls of the houses which blends with the green of the vines, the view on the Tiber, the stalls, not to mention the countless goodies offered by Roman cuisine.

Rome

The neighborhood is one of the most popular in terms of Roman nightlife. Close by are many shops, businesses, bars, pizzerias, pubs, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks etc. Sunday, visitors can indulge in search of books and antiques, clothing from vintage and modern style etc.. in the famous market of "Porta Portese" adjacent the house.
