"Falcon Holiday House" is located in the historic and charming “Borgo” district of VI century, a stone's throw from St. Peter's and in the heart of the Vatican. Walking in the streets of Borgo is an air dense with ancient history and sacredness. The District is one of the most beautiful in Rome and is an excellent starting point for visiting the historic center. The area is pedestrianized so very quiet, and characterized by small craft shops, delicious restaurants, small souvenir shops and bars. The main sights of Rome can be easily reached on foot: the Vatican Museums, Castel S. Angelo, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Trastevere, Piazza Di Spagna as well as Via Ottaviano and Via Cola di Rienzo, the traditional destinations of Roman shopping.

Nearby there are also several buses and Ottaviano Metro Station which is only 600 meters away, which connects the Vatican area with other areas of Rome.

The apartment is also very convenient for those who reach Rome by car as just 50 meters to the front door, there is a guarded garage.

This apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building overlooking the quiet Via del Falco.

It 'just been renovated and was designed with the aim to offer guests the ultimate in privacy and comfort. It 'consists of 3 beautiful suites (1 double, 1 with a french bed and 1 triple room), each with private bath, and a comfortable common area with kitchenette.

This is an ideal solution for larger groups because you can rent 3 rooms of our guest house and you will have the convenience of having the apartment just for you, and at the same time you will enjoy the privacy each room has to offer.

Each suite, in fact is equipped with air conditioning, heating, TV, internet wifi, hairdryer and a modern private bathroom with large shower.

Bed linen and towels are provided and washing machine available.

Passeggiando nei vicoli di Borgo Pio si respira un’aria antica densa di storia e sacralità. Il Rione è uno dei più belli di Roma ed è un punto di partenza eccellente per visitare il centro storico. L’area è pedonale quindi molto tranquilla, e caratterizzata da piccole botteghe artigiane, deliziosi ristorantini, piccoli negozi di souvenirs e bar. Le principali mete turistiche di Roma possono essere comodamente raggiunte a piedi: Musei Vaticani, Castel S. Angelo, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Trastevere, Piazza Di Spagna così come Via Ottaviano e Via Cola di Rienzo, tradizionali mete dello shopping romano.

Nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono inoltre diversi autobus e la fermata della metro Ottaviano che dista solo 600 metri e che collega l’area del Vaticano con altre aree di Roma.

L’appartamento è molto comodo anche per coloro che raggiungono Roma in auto in quanto proprio a 50 metri al portone di casa, c’è un garage custodito a pagamento.

Questo luminoso appartamento è situato al 1° piano di un palazzo signorile che si affaccia nella tranquilla Via del Falco.

E’ stato appena ristrutturato ed è stato concepito con lo scopo di offrire agli ospiti il massimo della privacy e del comfort. E’ composto da 3 bellissime suite (1 matrimoniale. 1 con letto ad una piazza e mezza ed 1 tripla), ognuna con bagno privato, e un comoda zona comune con angolo cottura .

Per i gruppi numerosi questa è soluzione ideale perchè affittando le 3 stanze della nostra guest house avrete la comodità di avere l’appartamento tutto per voi, e godrete al tempo stesso della privacy che offe ogni camera.

Ogni suite è infatti dotata di aria condizionata, riscaldamento autonomo, tv, internet wifi, asciugacapelli e un modernissimo bagno privato con ampio box doccia.
