Appartamento al primo piano completamente arredato e confortevole, si compone di una camera da letto matrimoniale, due bagni con doccia, un ampio salone, con divano letto matrimoniale, zona pranzo, cucina completamente attrezzata e cameretta con letto singolo. Può ospitare fino a 5 persone.

Questo delizioso appartamento è stato appena rinnovato e offre un soggiorno tranquillo e confortevole in un quartiere periferico ma ben collegato con il centro di Roma mediante treno metropolitano dalla Stazione ferroviaria Labaro raggiungibile in 15 minuti a piedi o in 5 minuti con bus n. 039.

In 15 minuti sarete alla Stazione “Flaminio” e da lì potrete raggiungere a piedi: Piazza del Popolo, Piazza di Spagna, Piazza Venezia, Fontana di Trevi, Pantheon, Colosseo, Fori Imperiali, Circo Massimo, Campo de’ Fiori, Trastevere, Vaticano, oltre a chiese e musei.

Un bar ed un fornito panificio/salsamenteria distano solo pochi metri.

Nel Quartiere potete trovare ogni genere di servizi: ristoranti, pizzerie, negozi, bar, pasticcerie, pub, supermercati, mercato rionale di frutta e verdura nei giorni di martedì e sabato.
