It is a nice apartment just beautifully renovated.

It 's very quiet as it is not exposed to traffic noise, even if one side overlooking it.

It is composed of two rooms with two lofts, an elegant bathroom with massage shower, a fully equipped kitchenette.

It has heating and air conditioning.

There 's also the microwave, the TV, the iron, the radio digital and hairdryer.

You can make use of public and free wifi of the city of Rome.

In the apartment there is a very fast wifi.

It is located in the center of Rome, the Pyramid of Caius Cestius, from where you can reach the Coliseum on foot in 20 minutes and then go back comfortably on the subway.

It is in fact located in front of the metro station and the metro to the coastal resort of Ostia, bus and night bus, and next to the train stop and the train to Fiumicino Airport.

In Additions to the price of the apartment on your arrival you must pay tax to the city of Rome, Which Consists of two Euros per person per day.

For arrivals at the apartment after 20:30 there is a late arrival surcharge of 20 euro, after 22:30 of 30 euro and after 23:30 of 40 euro, but you must agree on the possibility. And you also you may be to pay a deposit on your arrival.

For those who might need there is a private garage directly below the apartment.

It is also surrounded by Roman monuments, such as the walls of the ancient city of Rome, the Pyramid of Caius Cestius, the Roman Porta S. Paul.

In the near Ostiense district also held the Roman nightlife.

Just below the apartment there is a large rotisserie very convenient for those who did not want to cook.

The apartment is very nice, comfortable, well connected to all, located in a nice place and warm in winter and cool in summer.

This is a delightful, small apartment, newly re-structured, re-decorated, and fully furnished. It is very peaceful as it is not exposed to traffic noise, although one side of the apartment faces onto a secondary street.

The accommodation comprises of two rooms, both with a suspended balcony sleeping/relaxation area, a bathroom that features a shower with hydro-massage, and a fully equipped corner kitchen/cooking area. The accommodation is heated and also offers air conditioning. Among the equipment included in the rental cost is a microwave oven, a television, an iron, a hairdryer, a digital radiio".

The apartment is situated in the heart of Rome, very close to the famous Pyramid of Caio Cestio, from where it is an easy 10 minutes walk to arrive at the Colosseum. From there you may wish to return to the apartment by using the underground railway network. The accommodation is well-served by the Rome metropolitan underground railway, in fact the "Piramide" station is literally across the road in front of the apartment - less than two minutes walk from the door, thus putting the entire city within comfortable reach!

The city's bus and night bus services also stop directly in front of the apartment, while the regular surface railway and airport railway services for Fiumicino airport are immediately on hand. Directly in front of the apartment is also the station of the train for Ostia beach. The apartment is in an area surrounded by ancient Roman monuments, including the walls of the ancient city, the Pyramide, and the "Porta Romana of St. Paul", while Roman nightlife abounds in the nearby Ostiense neighbourhood.

For those who are too busy to cook, a large "rosticceria", or eat-in / take-away restaurant, is directly next door, below the apartment - very useful!

The apartment is beautifully furnished, comfortable, well-situated for all services, and is warm in winter and cool during the summer - a real "home from home".

In the apartment there is a very fast private WiFi.

You can make use of public and free wifi of the city of Rome.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
