Apartment located in a very quiet street where you can park the car for free, just 5-10 minutes’ walk from the train Station (Aurelia) and 2 minutes away from bus stop to the center of Rome. You can reach the Vatican City and San Peter in just 10-15 minutes by car/Taxi, in normal traffic 20-25 minutes by bus. The apartment is situated in the West part of Rome along the Via Aurelia. Few minutes walk away from the apartment there are many services: supermarkets, a 24 hours Mc Donalds, bars, few shops, Petrol store, etc

The apartment is located on the first floor (with elevator), it is tastefully furnished and it immediately gives you your home's atmosphere.

It consists of a bright and spacious sitting room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a beautiful bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower. To be noticed the swimming pool open mid June till September, where our guests can spend relaxing moments for a memorable vacation in Rome.

The apartment is also equipped with all amenities: TV, heating, air conditioning, iron and ironing board, tea and coffee amenities, coffee maker (Nespresso), fridge, bed linen and towels

On request, we can provide a baby cot for our youngest guests.

During the check-in we will be pleased to provide maps of the city, tourist information and information regarding the means of transport of Rome.

We can also organize the transfer from/to the airport/Train Station.

Hospital “Policlinico Gemelli' and the Cattolica University are about 7 km away and can be easily reached.

''IDI' Italian Institute of dermatology and the convention center 'Ergife' are also close (about 4 km).

Appartamento bilocale - 4 posti letto con Posto auto, situato in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa ad ovest di Roma sulla Via Aurelia.

L'appartamento è a 5-10 minuti dalla Stazione Aurelia e 2 minuti dalla fermata del bus per il centro di Roma.

Si può raggiungere la Città del Vaticano e San Pietro in 10-15 minuti con il taxi/Auto con traffico normale. 20-25 con il bus.

Nelle immediate vicinanze si possono trovare diversi servizi quali: supermarkets, Mac Donalds 24 ore, bars, negozi, Stazione di Servizio Eni, etc.

Appartamento situato al primo piano (con ascensore), graziosamente ammobiliato, dà ai nostri clienti la sensazione di essere a casa.

Si compone di un saloncino con cucina, tavolo e sedie, un doppio divano letto, una camera con letto matrimoniale, un bagno con doccia e vasca.

Non va dimenticata l'opportunità di godersi la piscina condominiale nel periodo da metà giugno a Settembre, che dà la possibilità ai nostri ospiti di godersi momenti rilassanti dopo aver visitato la città eterna.

L'appartamento è dotato di TV, aria condizionata e riscaldamento, ferro da stiro, Nespresso, frigorifero, lenzuola, cuscini, asciugamani.

Su richiesta - con piccolo supplemento - possiamo fornire una culla per gli ospiti più piccoli.

Durante il check in possiamo fornire mappa della città ed altre informazioni turistiche.

Possiamo inoltre organizzare il vs transfer da e per l'aeroporto/Stazione Ferroviaria.

Facilmente raggiungibile l'ospedale Gemelli e l'Università Cattolica (6-7 km).

Particolarmente vicini l'istituo di Dermatologia IDI e l'Hotel per convegni Ergife (3-4 km).
