Siamo nell’elegante e tranquillo quartiere Prati, più precisamente in via Luigi Settembrini, a pochi metri dalla nota Piazza Mazzini.

Si tratta di una zona residenziale e riparata dal caos cittadino, che ospita studi legali, data la vicinanza del tribunale, e gli studi della RAI.

Ma solo pochi metri vi separano dall’atmosfera cittadina. Infatti oltrepassando viale delle Milizie, a 5 minuti a piedi dal nostro appartamento, si arriva alla fermata della metro Lepantoche vi permette di muovervi facilmente in tutte le zone del centro: Piazza di Spagna, Fontana di Trevi, Stazione Termini. Con una piacevole passeggiata potrete invece arrivare fino al Vaticano, Piazza San Pietro e Castel Sant’Angelo.

Nei dintorni di una delle strade dello shopping per eccellenza della capitale, via Cola di Rienzo, troverete molte trattorie e vinerie dove gustare cucina italiana e internazionale.

Sedetevi negli eleganti bar di piazza Mazzini e godetevi la colazione o un aperitivo tra professionisti in carriera e raffinate signore che vanno a fare la spesa... vi permetterà di immergervi nella vita del quartiere.

Nelle strade attorno si respira la tranquillità e la sicurezza più assoluta.

Potrete riposarvi dopo le lunghe passeggiate senza che il rumore e la confusione del centro vi disturbino, e vivere il quartiere in totale sicurezza anche di notte: l'ambiente è familiare, pacifico, pulito. Un bel mercato è aperto tutto i giorni dalla mattina presto nei pressi dell'appartamento: non solo cibo, tra le bancarelle si nascondono libri antichi, vestiti, fiori, arredi...vale la pena lasciarsi andare nell'atmosfera che offre il quartiere!

A pochi passi dal nostro appartamento si trovano le fermate degli autobus 628, 224 e 280 che in 10 minuti vi porteranno nel cuore del centro storico. Il nostro appartamento vacanze si trova in via Luigi Settembrini, in un prestigioso palazzo di inizio ‘900 in stile Liberty, dotato di portineria. Siamo al 1° piano servito da ascensore. La casa vacanze è stata completamente rinnovata conservando le eleganti rifiniture che la valorizzano, per esempio sono state mantenute le grandi porte in legno e l’antico pavimento degli anni ’20.

In questo contesto signorile gli arredi dell'appartamento vacanze sono stati scelti con grande cura, preferendo materiali moderni insieme a dettagli dal sapore vintage come i grandi fari azzurri che illuminano il soggiorno, il tutto inserendo anche le più moderne tecnologie come i faretti e le TV a LED, il lettore DVD blu-ray.

Il risultato è un appartamento spazioso e luminoso, dove convivono in perfetta armonia una struttura classica con uno stile moderno.

Ci troviamo in uno spazio molto ampio di circa 200 mq che si compone di un ampio soggiorno con divani, TV led da 40" dotata di abbonamento SkyCinema, e grande tavolo da pranzo per accogliere tutto il gruppo. La cucina, situata accanto alla zona giorno, è completamente attrezzata con frigo, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, forno classico e microonde.

Un corridoio illuminato da faretti a led ci conduce alla zona notte della casa vacanze in cui troviamo cinque camere da letto, di cui una matrimoniale, una doppia e tre triple (ciascuna con un letto matrimoniale e un singolo).

In tre delle camere da letto si trovano anche delle TV led da 32".

Completano l'appartamento tre bagni, di cui due con doccia e uno con vasca, a cui si accede da una delle camere triple.

Tutte le camere da letto e il soggiorno sono dotate di aria condizionata. L’appartamento Mazzini è inoltre provvisto di connessione Internet WI FI gratuita, lettore DVD , radio stereo HI FI. È possibile preparare anche un letto singolo pieghevole per ospitare fino a 14 persone.

All'arrivo è richiesta una cauzione di Euro 300 che verrà restituita al termine del soggiorno salvo eventuali danni arrecati all'appartamento.

Apartment Mazzini near Prati, your vacation in Rome

When staying in the spacious Mazzini apartment in the heart of the Prati area you can comfortably move around the historic city by taking advantage of the metro stop A Lepanto right around the corner. Up to 14 guests can be accommodated in the space consisting of 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large living room and a modern kitchen.

Our apartment is located in Via Luigi Settembrini, in a prestigious building in Liberty Style of the early 20th century. There is a doorman in the building, and an elevator that will take you up to the first level.

The elegant refinements that valorize it have been preserved during renovation works, as for instance, the large wooden doors and the antique pavement of the Twenties. In this distinguished context the furniture has been chosen with great care, preferring modern materials together with vintage pieces, such as the great blue wall lamps that illuminate the living room side by side with modern technologies, such as the spotlights, the LED TV, and a DVD Blu-Ray player.

The result is a spacious and bright apartment where a classic structure and modern style are joined in harmony. The large space of about 200 square metres is composed of an ample living room with sofas, a 40-inch LED TV with a Sky Cinema subscription, and a big dining table large enough to accommodate the whole group.

The kitchen is located next to the lounge area and completely furnished with a fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, classic oven and a microwave. A hallway illuminated by LED spotlights leads to the bedrooms of which there are five. One of them is furnished with a double bed, another with two single beds, and three are triple bedrooms (each with a double and a single bed). Three of the bedrooms are also furnished with 32-inch LED TV's.

The apartment is completed by three bathrooms, two of which are fitted with a shower; the third one, the en-suite bathroom accessible through one of the triple bedrooms, with a bathtub.

All five bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning. Free Wi-Fi connection, a DVD player, and a stereo system are also provided. It is possible to prepare an additional single folding bed to offer space for 14 persons in total.

At your arrival we will request a deposit of 300 Euro, which will be returned to you at the end of the stay except in the case of damages to the apartment.

Additional amenities include: bed linen, free wi fi, american coffee maker, a/c in all rooms, bidet, iron and ironing board, heating, DVD player with blu-ray, lift, lcd TV with sky cinema & sport, linen/towels, hairdryer, hi-fi station radio.
