Siamo nell’elegante quartiere Campo Marzio, nel cuore del centro città, a due passi da Piazza di Spagna e da Piazza Navona. Questo Rione comprende molte piazze, vie e monumenti conosciuti in tutto il mondo, come Via Condotti e Via del Babuino, Piazza del Popolo e Trinità dei Monti.

Dal vostro appartamento potrete scegliere se perdervi nel frenetico shopping di Via del Corso o se passeggiare nelle stradine a ridosso del Pantheon, sedervi a un elegante caffè, gustare un gelato o girovagare per musei e gallerie d’arte.

Oltre alla chiese, ai palazzi nobiliari e ai numerosi monumenti, questa zona è anche ricca di trattoria tipiche, pub, cinema. Scegliere questa casa vacanze significa fare una scelta di qualità unica, regalarsi una vacanza indimenticabile a Roma. Si tratta infatti di un’intera ed elegante palazzina di tre piani, con ingresso indipendente su strada e internamente collegata da una moderna scala in acciaio cromato e vetro.

Il piano terra è riservato alla zona giorno, con un ampio salone con divani, tv Led full-HD e tavolo da pranzo. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con forno, frigorifero, microonde e lavastoviglie. Sempre su questo piano si trova una zona fitness con indoor bike e doccia ensuite. Un secondo bagno - solo con vasca e lavatrice - e un altro bagno di servizio - con wc, bidet e lavabo - completano questo piano.

Il primo piano della casa vacanze è riservato alla zona notte, con parquet in rovere sbiancato, con tre grandi camere da letto, decorate con boiserie e arredate con mobili moderni. Un bagno con vasca serve queste camere. Sempre da questo piano si accede ad un’altra camera da letto matrimoniale in un soppalco con bagno con doccia ensuite. Una seconda cucina, anch’essa completamente attrezzata, vi risparmierà la fatica di scendere le scale per preparare la colazione. Una zona comune tra le 4 camere è arredata con un secondo tavolo da pranzo, utilizzabile anche come studio o sala letture.

Al secondo piano della palazzina troviamo la suite matrimoniale con TV e bagno con doccia ensuite. La suite ha l'accesso diretto ad un terrazzino riservato, mentre dalle scale si accede allo splendido terrazzo, gioiello della casa, che affaccia sui tetti e sulle numerose cupole delle chiese di Roma. Sarà ancora più piacevole tornare a casa, dopo le visite della città, sapendo che vi attende questo angolo di paradiso, dove rilassarvi su una sdraio o gustare una buona cena all’aria aperta: una serie completa di mobili da giardino arreda la superficie terrazzata.

L’appartamento vacanze è inoltre dotato di aria condizionata, lavatrice, stereo docking station e connessione gratuita Internet WI FI. È possibile ospitare complessivamente 10 persone, utilizzando le 5 camere da letto.

Campo Marzio vacation apartment, in the heart of the city

Campo Marzio is an independent holiday home of 300 m2. Spread over 3 floors guests have access to 6 bedrooms, two kitchens, 5 baths, a double-sized living room and two comfortable terraces. The apartment is unique and will make your holidays in the heart of Rome absolutely special. The house is located a short distance from some of the most important sights, such as the Pantheon, Ara Pacis, Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain.

Choosing this “apartment” means choosing unique quality, giving oneself an unforgettable holiday in Rome. In fact, we are talking about an entire elegant building of three floors with an independent street entrance and internally connected by modern glass- and chromium-plated steel stairs.

The ground level with its large living rooms is reserved as the day area, where you will find sofas, LED full-HD TV, and a dining table. The kitchen is completely furnished with an oven, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. One the same floor you will find a double bed room with a queen-sized bed (140x190cm) and an en-suite bathroom with shower. A second bathroom – with only a bathtub and washing machine – and another guest bathroom – with toilet, bidet and sink – complete this level.

The first floor is reserved as the night area, with lightened oak hardwood floors and three large bedrooms decorated with wooden panels and fitted with modern furniture in shades of red, lilac and white. One bathroom with a bathtub serves these rooms. One the same level you have access to another double bedroom suspended on an interior balcony with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. A second kitchen, also completely furnished, will save you the effort of walking down the stairs to make breakfast. A common area between the four rooms is furnished with a second dining table, which can be used as a studio or a library.

On the second floor you will find the master bedroom suite with TV and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The suite has direct access to a private terrace, while from the stairs you have access to a splendid terrace, the house’s gem, which offers a splendid view of the numerous cupolas of the many churches in Rome. It will be even more pleasant coming home after visiting the city, knowing that here awaits you this corner of paradise, where you can relax on a sun bed or enjoy a good dinner out in the open: a complete series of garden furniture decorates the terrace area.

The apartment is furthermore equipped with air conditioning, docking station radio, a washing machine and free Wi-Fi Internet connection. It is possible to accommodate 14 persons in total, using the six bedrooms and two folding beds, which can be placed anywhere you choose, in the bedrooms or common areas.

At the arrival a deposit of Euro 300 is required, which will be returned at the end of the stay except in case of any damage caused to the flat.

How do damage deposits work?
