Piazza del Popolo Luxury Home is a luxury apartment located on the fourth floor of an ancient Roman building of 1889 (with elevator) in Piazza del Popolo, the heart of Rome, just a few steps from the Spanish Steps and Via dei Condotti.

Recently renovated and furnished with antique furniture (Louis XVI period), is spacious and comfortable, ideal for families or small groups of friends. With an area of 130 square meters, the apartment consists of 3 bedrooms; one of this is a beautiful suite with a walk-in closet and private bathroom accessorized with shower cabin and Chromotherapy system. The sleeping area is completed by two others bedrooms and a bathroom.

Every room has queen size bed, large windows and high ceilings, typical of the ancient buildings of Rome. The living room has a large and very comfortable sofa bed. Everywhere heating system and air conditioning.

The kitchen is fully equipped, dishwasher included; TVs are the latest generation, with satellite and digital signal. The apartment has a laundry area with washer and dryer. Free Wi-Fi

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
