Graceful, newly reorganized apartment in the central area, in a silent area, only 50 meters from metro station Piramide.

The structure is composed of 2 rooms: a living room with a king size bed and a double bedroom on the upper level, a bedroom with a double bed and a double sofabed; bathroom with shower and hydro massage and well-equipped cooking corner (micro-oven, pots, crockery etc.). On guests' disposal there is heating, air conditioning, hairdryer, electric iron, radio and television. There is a very fast WiFi inside the apartment. You can have the public wifi in the city of Rome.

Apartment's location gives you the possibility to visit all the main attractions, by foot or by public transportation, in an easy and pleasant way. There are many shops, supermarkets and internet points in a walking distance.

The apartment can host up to 6 people and is a perfect solution for families or groups of friends.

It is a nice apartment just beautifully renovated.

It 's very quiet as it is not exposed to traffic noise, even if one side overlooking it.

It is composed of two rooms with two lofts, an elegant bathroom with massage shower, a fully equipped kitchenette.

It has heating and air conditioning.

There 's also the microwave, the TV, the digital radio, the iron, and hairdryer.

Inside the apartment there is a very fast private WiFi.

You can make use of public and free wifi of the city of Rome.

It is located in the centre of Rome, the Pyramid of Caius Cestius, from where you can reach the Coliseum on foot in 10 minutes and then go back comfortably on the subway.

It is in fact located in front of the metro station and the metro to the coastal resort of Ostia, bus and night bus, and next to the train stop and the train to Fiumicino Airport.

In addition to the price of the apartment on your arrival you have to pay the city tax of Rome which consists of two Euros per day per person, and may be required to pay a deposit.

It is also surrounded by Roman monuments, such as the walls of the ancient city of Rome, the Pyramid of Caius Cestius, the Roman Porta S. Paul.

In the near Ostiense district also held the Roman nightlife.

Just below the apartment there is a large rotisserie very convenient for those who did not want to cook.

The apartment is very nice, comfortable, well connected to all, located in a nice place and warm in winter and cool in summer.

In Additions to the price of the apartment on your arrival you must pay cash the tax to the city of Rome, Which Consists of two Euros per person per day.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Marbo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
