From the owner

Near-by Trastevere and Gianicolo, the apartment is located in an area very well connected to all the touristic sites and rich restaurant, pizzeria, shoppig and supermarket. By bus Venezia Square is only 20 min distant going through the famous Trastevere area and crossing the Tiber River. From there you can reach any touristic site just walking.
At walking distance from the apartment there are the Gianicolo, one of the most panoramic site on the ancient Rome, Porta Portese , Sunday flea market , and “Villa Panphili” park the largest park in the city.
The apartment, completely renewed, is a charming flat at the 6th floor with a panoramic terrace from the city to the mountains. The lift gets to the 5th floor, to get to the 6th floor there are a dozen of step of a comfortable stair. The apartment, 40 sqrmeter, is composed of entrance, kitchen, large bedroom with king size bed, bathroom with shower, and 20sqrmeter terrace fully furnished for having dinner outside and barbeque.
The apartment is equipped with four fire cooking, electric oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, freeze, TV, aircontitioning, heating. The large bedroom offers the possibility to have an added single bed.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Luisa (the owner) a message.

If Luisa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
