In Monti district , in the heart of Rome's historical center, 50 meters from the Colosseum, with an enchanting view of the Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palatine Hill, in the most characteristic part of the neighborhood, we have the luxury apartment "Romance at the Coliseum", located on the second floor of a historic building of 1890 with elevator. The apartment of striking elegance, recently renovated using quality materials, and refined by a well-kept furniture, has an area of 130 square meters, 1184 ft, which is divided into a living room, dining room, three bedrooms, kitchen and two bathrooms.

Furnished with a balanced mix of both classic and contemporary style, the apartment has original floors of the late nineteenth century. Guests can also enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, blender, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and everything you need for cooking.

The apartment is equipped with satellite TV, washing machine, heating, intercom.

It also has double glazed soundproof windows.

Equipped with thick walls, typical of historic buildings, this apartment is bright and breezy in the summer and warm and cozy in the winter.

This beautiful property, essential in its finish, balanced in the partition of the interior rooms, with areas of light and tranquility, offers an unforgettable stay.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Luigi (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
