DEL 1900, recentemente ristrutturata.

Soggiorno, cucina, 6 camere, corridoio, 3 bagni, 2 balconi.
1 camera matrimoniale, 1 camera matrimoniale con terzo letto singolo, 1 camera con letto ad una piazza e mezza, 2 camere con due letti singoli, 1 camera con un letto singolo.

Luminoso e affascinante appartamento al terzo piano di un nobile palazzetto del 1910 con portineria e ascensore, nella zona più tranquilla di trastevere, ma a 400 metri dalla ' movida della roma by night '
L'appartamento di 220 mq è stato restaurato rispettando la sua atmosfera originale, ed è composto da:
Spazioso soggiorno, 1 cucina ottimamente accessoriata con fornelli a gas, forno, lavastoviglie, frigorifero e freezer un ampio corridoio per accedere comodamente a tutte le camere da letto ed ai bagni.
Dalla camera da letto padronale e dalla cucina si accede ai 2 balconi, che gradevolmente si affacciano in un meraviglioso giardino condominiale con alberi da alto fusto.
I bagni sono 3 : uno con cabina doccia, uno con vasca ed un altro con mezza vasca.

La casa è arredata in stile Art Deco', funzionale e accessoriata, dispone di tutti comforts: televisioni, lavatrice, ferro e tavola da stiro, lavastoviglie, porta rinforzata, riscaldamento autonomo.biblioteca e soprattutto ....tanto spazio !!
Trastevere Decò è particolarmente adatta ad ospitare nuclei familiari con bambini, anche piccoli, gruppi di amici e incontri di lavoro.
Eventuali portatori di HANDICAP non dovrebbero avere problemi in quanto l'ascensore consente un accesso diretto dal cortile interno direttamente all'appartamento,senza barriere architettoniche nè impedimenti.
Tutte le finestre e le porte finestre che affacciano sui balconi dispongono di inferriate di sicurezza e in casa non vi sono scalini nè ostacoli .
La casa è ottimamente collegata con i luoghi di maggior interesse culturale, storico e artistico della città
e con le vie dello 'shopping'.
Nel raggio di 500 mt. : 3 supermercati, l'antico e affascinante mercato ortofrutticolo di San Cosimato , il famosissimo mercato di Porta Portese (solo la domenica ) .Chiese famose e antiche come Santa Cecilia, Santa Maria in Trastevere e San Francesco a Ripa col suo reliquiario. Non dimenticherete mai le romantiche passeggiate fra i vicoli della città vecchia dove ogni pietra racconta la storia della 'città eterna '.

Why can't I call Annalisa (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Annalisa (the owner) a message.

If Annalisa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
