Holiday in Rome is situated in one of the most central areas of Rome, close to St. Peter's and a hair's breadth away from the Vatican Museums. It's a charming apartment with loads to offer. Its idyllic position makes it an ideal starting point for visiting the city and it is easy to reach all the areas of interest in a few minutes. We are ideally located near the Cipro underground station (only 12 minutes to reach the centre!) and next to many of the main bus routes. You can also take a pleasant walk through interesting shopping streets and arrive easily in the most beautiful areas of Rome's historic centre (Castel Sant'Angelo, piazza Navona, piazza Campo dei Fiori, piazza di Spagna,...).

The apartment, renovated in 2019, will meet all your needs as a comfortable and spacious home from home. It consists of a bedroom with a small toilet en-suite, a double bedroom with 2 single beds, a spacious bathroom with a big shower, a living area with sofa bed, a dining area and a well equipped kitchen.

The twin bedded room and the living room have air conditioning and we also provide a free WI-FI access.

It is an ideal choice for groups and families and can sleep up to 4 people.

We provide maps and tourist information and we would be glad to give you any information that would make your stay more enjoyable.In addition we would be pleased to arrange private transfers with a professional driver both to/from the airports and for daily trips to the city or in the surrounding areas (Villa Adriana, Naples, Pompeii, ...).

We loved Giulia's place. So close to the metro and Vatican. And Giulia was so helpful with advice on what to do. Giulia even has her own custom map of Rome. We'd definitely stay again.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Giulia (the owner) a message.

If Giulia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
