Guest House in Via Napoli is the apartment that we offer for a pleasant stay in the center of Rome. It is located on the first floor of a building from the early 1900s in the beautiful area of the Opera House, where you can breathe an air of music and relaxation. From here you can reach your destinations quickly on foot, or by using the bus and the underground that stop just a few steps from the building. The price per night for two people is 130 euros. For each additional guest the price per night of Euro 20. The street is very quiet and at the same time a stone's throw from all the amenities: the shops in Via Nazionale for shopping, a supermarket for your supplies (at 40 mt), the typical daily market of the area, the pharmacy, various banks with ATM and currency exchange, newsstand with international newspapers, bars and restaurants for all tastes, artisan ice-cream parlors and various useful services such as professional laundry, internet point, agencies of travel and rental of scooters, bicycles and electric cars. The apartment can accommodate up to 7 people, has been completely renovated and is designed to offer you ample and enjoyable spaces. It is composed of a living room with kitchenette equipped with utensils and crockery, a dining table, a sofa and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, 3 double bedrooms and 1 modern and comfortable single bedroom with large closets at your disposal, two bathrooms complete with shower, one ensuite in one of the double bedrooms. In the Guest House all the necessary comforts are at your disposal: air conditioning in all rooms, bed linen and towels, comfortable closets, free wifi, satellite TV, speakers to listen to your music (cable for IPod and IPhone), washing machine , table and iron, vacuum cleaner, linen and kitchen soaps, hair dryer, safe and minibar. We ask our guests PUNCTUALITY in check out, to be able to prepare the house for subsequent clients.

How do damage deposits work?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Martina (the owner) a message.

If Martina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
