Beautiful new one bedroom apartment just renovated and furnished. Bright and comfortable. On the first floor of a palace of the early '900.

Living room with kitchenette, double bedroom, loft, bathroom, balcony. It can accommodate up to 2 people. It is a 10-minute walk from St. Peter and Vaticans Museums.

Furnished with new furniture and equipped with linen and towels of good quality. Equipped with flat TV, wifi, air conditioning and heating. Kitchen with stove, refrigerator, oven and microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, equipped with linens and kitchen utensils.

The apartment is located on the first floor and is so composed:

- A living room with kitchenette and a double sofa bed;

- One bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe in an original view;

- A bathroom with shower;

- A small balcony

Located in a quiet street, convenient and close to the Vatican Museums and St. Peter. Within easy walking distance of two metro stops. Restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies and all amenities are within easy reach.

I will be glad to welcome you on your arrival and to provide all relevant information for a pleasant stay, whether you come for business, whether you are on vacation in Rome.

The apartment is located in the Prati district-St. Peter.

It 'an area steeped in history with ancient buildings and sites of interest, first of all Saint Peter's Basilica and the Vatican Museums, within walking distance from the apartment in less than 10 minutes.

And 'well served by public transport. A 5-minute walk from the apartment there are two Metro stops.

The neighborhood is very lively, especially in the area of St. Peter, and for those who want to experience the city offers plenty of shopping opportunities. Well as being close to an area much frequented by tourists, the apartment, thanks to its secluded location, it is particularly quiet and peaceful.

My property is open to all my guests and has all the amenities to make you feel at home!! I am sure that at the end of your stay you will say "This is My House in Rome!!"

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Angelo (the owner) a message.

    If Angelo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
