INTRODUCTION - We carry on this activity with passion and we are rewarded with a lot of positive feedback. We are sure that your stay will be fully satisfactory.

'Roma-INCANTATA Apartment' is a flat located in 'Appio Latino' district, a central neighborhood, close to the historic center.

It is next to the Metro Line A (only two minutes walk away). By Metro Line A you can reach easily and quickly all the sights: Colosseum, Saint Peter Square, Vatican Museums, Trevi's Fountain, Spanish Steps, Villa Borghese. You will experience Rome from a privileged position.

THE APARTMENT - DESCRIPTION. The flat is quiet and very cozy, with every comfort. It can can accommodate up to 5 or 6 people.

Entrance hall, kitchen, large bedroom, spacious living room, bathroom with shower and balcony. In the bedroom, as well as the double bed, there is a third single bed which is always available and if necessary a fourth bed can be pulled out. In the living room there is a sofa bed (double bed). The apartment is cozy, well furnished and clean. Electrical appliances include: TV, oven, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine, hair dryer , air conditioners in the bedroom and in the living room. Parquet. Wi-Fi free.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD - 'Appio Latino' is an authentic, real, central district of Rome. It is close to the historic center, which is excellently connected by metro and many bus lines. There are many shops, traditional restaurants of good quality and very cheap, 'Pizzerie' and excellent ice cream parlors. Some well-stocked supermarkets, with typical Italians products, are located near the apartments. You will have the opportunity to live for a few days as Roman people live.

In the 'Appio Latino' district there is the beautiful park of 'Appia Antica' with the famous catacombs (Domitilla, Saint Callisto and Saint Sebastiano). You can get there by foot or by tourist bus number 660.

Living only 10 minutes away, we will be at your disposal for any assistance you might require. Beautiful apartment. Wonderful host. Helped arrange airport pick up and cruise port drop off. Beautiful neighborhood. Please try the pizza around the corner. Close to metro.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Fernando (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
