This beautifully refurbished Rome apartment (of 70 mq or 753 sqft) offers you the best of the best comforts and amenities (Air Conditioning and Central Heating, elevator, washing machine, iron, TV LCD 43", Radio Stereo, DVD-CD Player, Ipod dock station, etc.), as well as being located in a great central area, away from the hustle and bustle of the City, yet in a few minutes you are in the centre of Rome.

Suite 14 may comfortably accomodate from 1 to 4 people.

Every part of this apartment has been carried out with great care and love.

There’s a spacious and bright luxurious double bedroom (Queen Size), with built in wardrobes and a bathroom with the best quality fittings.

The living room is charming and homely and has a sofa, which converts to a comfortable double bed for two people.

There’s also a large dining table (90x90) and a fully equipped modern kitchen (with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, cooktop, oven, blender, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc.)

The strategic and central location of the apartment in a quiet private building on a quiet street, is also accessible to public transport: in few minutes on your foot you have the Metro B1 – ANNIBALIANO and many Bus Stops. The flat is located in one of the best areas of Rome.

The Spanish Steps are located only 8-10 minutes by Bus (No. 80 express) from the nearby Piazza Istria or by Metro B1 from nearby Piazza Annibaliano. The Termini Station is just 2.5 km (about 10 minutes direct bus lines n.38-n.310 – to the stop Istria and Trieste)

The neighbourhood is surrounded by restaurants, bars, wine bar, every kind of shops and there are many good supermarkets within short walking distance.

Nearby, in less than 10-15 minutes walk, there’s Villa Ada, Villa Borghese, Villa Torlonia with its new Polo Museum, the Mausoleum of Santa Costanza (which contains ancient mosaics ) and the Basilica of St. Agnes (with Catacombs paleo-Christian), the Catacombs of St. Priscilla, the University “Luiss” and the City University “La Sapienza” of Rome. The Auditorium – Parco della Musica is about 2 km.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If FIAMMA (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
