Lovely bright and romantic one bedroom apartment in the very heart of ancient Rome.

Colosseum only 5 minutes walk

Roman Ruins (Forum) only 5 min walk

Around the studio many nice shops, bars, restaurants with outside tables, pubs, and a lot of people just having a walk or drinking a glass of wine.

The studio is cery central but also very quite as it is located in a nice little pedestrian street.

The apartment is located in Via de Ciancaleoni and can accommodate up to 3 people.

The metro Cavour is at only 3 min walk.

It’s 20 sqm on 1st floor, bright, quite and furnished with care.

Ist floor no lift in a nice little building with 4 floors, nice white parquet floor, it's composed by a one bedroom with double bed, single bed on an upper level with a stair, table and chairs, little kitchenette with basic utensils to cook something, bathroom with shower.

Chère Mariline il est bien écrit dan la descrition que le studio est 25 sqm, vous le saviez et vous l'avez choisi! C'est pourquoi le prix est vraiment trés économique alors meme que la position très très central! Dans un chambre d'Hote dans ce localisation vous aurez payé le double! Dans la cuisine il y a des vaisselles pour 3 personnes et tout ce que on nécessite pour cuisiner. Peut etre vous ne l'avez pas vu? Pour les linges pur le lit singulier je regret pour ca, j'avais dit à la femme du menage que vous étiez trois mais peut etre elle se trompé. C'etait suffisant m'envoyer un message et je pouvais tout régler. C'était très facile le régler et je suis toujours à disposition des mes clients pour régler tout! Merci pour votre séjour.

How do damage deposits work?

If Sasa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
