COVID 19 The cottage is deep cleaned to a very high specification and fully aired between each letting. A copy of the special Covid cleaning arrangements will be supplied to each guest when booking.

This very spacious Porthleven cottage with fabulous views and a private garden is ideal for a short leisurely stroll to the picturesque village with its restaurants, shops and pubs, great for families but equally popular with couples. The South West Coastal Path passes in front of the cottage for walkers to enjoy the path to Loe Bar, the Lizard and Gunwallow Church Cove. .

There are comfy sofas for everyone in the living room and a flat screen Satellite TV/DVD player and free WiFi with a good selection of board games, books and DVDs. You can enjoy the panoramic views across Mounts Bay from the Lizard Peninsula in the East to Penzance in the West from the comfort of the living area. A separate games room downstairs houses an electronic dartboard, table football and mini-basketball.

The illuminated patio in the secluded garden is grreat for al fresco dining and the terraces beyond are perfect for sunbathing and relaxing while enjoying a glass of wine and taking in the view.

A small dog may stay by arrangement but please contact me before booking to discuss

We have just returned after a 4 night stay, what a great house and spotlessly clean. We loved the upside down house having the lounge upstairs with amazing views. It's perfectly positioned just a short 5 minute amble from the centre of town and a bonus having its own car parking spot. It is a little dated and due to the garden access being upstairs it might be worth while having hard flooring all the way through the stairs and upstairs hallway. There was great communication with the owners and if we come back to Porthleven we would definitely look to book this house again. Thankyou for a wonderful stay

If David (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
