Super attico luminoso, circondato da 100 metri quadrati di terrazzo, attrezzato con ombrelloni, tavolo con sedie, dondolo, sdraio per prendere il sole o per approfittare di un pò di relax in piacevole compagnia; dove oltretutto potrete godervi comodamente seduti o sdraiati su comodi lettini le piacevoli temperature romane e un ottimo pasto all'aperto circondati dalla splendida vista di Roma e della Valle dei Casali. Il quartiere è residenziale e semi centrale ed'e' situato a pochi minuti dal Gianicolo che è famoso per il piazzale dal quale si può ammirare il panorama di Roma. Altra particolarità del Gianicolo è costituita da una fontana detta il Fontanone. Ben collegato da mezzi pubblici di ogni genere è a 4 minuti a piedi dal capolinea del tram 8 che come una metropolitana di superfice vi porta in un pugno di minuti nel caratteristico quartiere di Trastevere (quartiere storico dove si possono trovare rinomati club e ristoranti) dal quale sommando altri 5 minuti si arriva a Piazza Venezia ( piazza dalla quale si dirama tutto il meglio del centro , i Fori Imperiali è quant'altro e dove l'8 ha il suo capolinea ). Il tram per raggiungere il capolinea di P.zza Venezia passa per Via dei Giubbonari, via Arenula, largo Argentina dove sono situati negozi di ogni genere e di alto profilo. Ritornando sempre al quartiere lo stesso è Immerso nel verde in quanto è ubicato a due passi dal più grande parco di Roma: l'antica e famosa villa romana rimasta intatta nel tempo Doria Pamphili. Per finire il Tram 8 e' anche in linea diretta con la stazione ferroviaria di Trastevere (che a sua volta è collegata con l' aeroporto Leonardo da Vinci).

L'abitazione è circondata da tutti i servizi necessari come: supermercati, mercato rionale, ristoranti, cucina asiatica, pizzerie, bar, tabaccherie, farmacie e i due ospedali più rinomati di Roma(San Camillo e Spallanzani, sperando che non servano all'uso), a 5 minuti a piedi da via Jenner e Colli Portuensi zone commerciali, dove ci sono numerosi negozi per lo shopping. Il parcheggio della casa è gratuito e disponibile; infine il quartiere e quindi la casa sono situati vicino alla scuola Spagnola e all'università americana. Si fa presente inoltre che in caso di necessità si può usufruire di un ottimo servizio taxi, di parrucchiere, di truccatrice e chef a domicilio: previa prenotazione con un giorno di anticipo, pagamento ad avvenuto servizio. Nella casa si trova tutto per la colazione e su richiesta anche prodotti per celiaci.

Altre regole:

1) I gentili ospiti, sono pregati di causare meno disturbo agli abitanti dell'edificio, di non urlare o fare rumori forti in qualsiasi momento del giorno o della notte, rispettando la pacifica convivenza con tutti.

2) Non si possono fare feste, si può fumare solo sulla terrazza e non buttare cicche dal terrazzo ma nell'apposito posacenere. Gli adulti sono responsabili per i minori a loro assegnati.

3) Si richiede di non sbattere le porte della casa, di accompagnare il portone del palazzo con cura e si invita a non infastidire i vicini ; altresi di verificare gentilmente che le luci dell'appartamento e l'aria condizionata siano spente quando non sono necessarie all'uso o si è fuori casa.

4) Si prega di avere rispetto per le cose e gli oggetti presenti nella proprietà.

5) Quando i gentili ospiti terminano la vacanza, sono invitati a riporre i piatti e gli utensili puliti nel luogo in cui sono stati trovati.

6) Il check-in è dalle 16:00 alle 20:00, dopo le 20:00 e prima delle 24:00 è previsto un costo di servizio di 35 euro, dopo le 24:00 un costo di servizio notturno. di 50 euro.

Nel soggiorno è previsto il necessario per la colazione, anche prodotti per celiaci su richiesta.

8) In caso di necessità derivante da emergenza è obbligo fare accedere cortesemente il proprietario dell'immobile o suo incaricato.

Sono commossa dalla bella recensione e sono orgogliosa che vi siate sentiti a casa perché è questo lo scopo che mi prefiggo con gli ospiti, cioè: quello di farli sentire in un ambiente confortevole e familiare. Con mamma abbiamo pensato di venirvi a trovare quest'estate perché amiamo molto la Toscana e i toscani avendone uno proprio dentro casa. Un forte abbraccio da Micaela e da Francesco che è mezzo toscano da parte di padre. Concludo con un arrivederci a presto e tante buone nuove.

Why can't I call Micaela (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Micaela (the owner) a message.

If Micaela (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
