L’ appartamento ad uso turistico “Il melograno” è molto carino e originale, è nel quartiere di Monteverde, vicino Trastevere, è ben collegato con il centro, può ospitare 4 persone e si può aggiungere un letto per 1 bambino. C'è un bel terrazzo e tutte le comodità per una confortevole vacanza a Roma.

L'appartamento, recentemente ristrutturato, è al piano terra e ha un giardino terrazzato, due camere da letto, una matrimoniale e una doppia ( i cui letti si possono unire) e, all'occorrenza, in una delle due camere si può aggiungere un lettino per un bambino. C'è un ingresso/soggiorno con la cucina a vista e un bel bagno con il piatto doccia in mosaico con un sedile e delle mensole in pietra lavica.

Vi è un’altra camera dell’appartamento che non viene messa a disposizione degli ospiti, in essa è contenuto tutto ciò che è necessario alla gestione dell’appartamento, per questa camera vi è un accesso indipendente attraverso il giardino, (talvolta passo a prendere o portare qualcosa ma senza disturbare gli ospiti).

È un alloggio ad uso turistico registrato.

Al vostro arrivo verrà richiesto IL PAGAMENTO DELLA TASSA DI SOGGIORNO pari a euro 3,50 a persona al giorno per un massimo di 10 giorni (sono esclusi dal pagamento i bambini sotto i 10 anni).

Perfect appartment for a stay at Rome

How do damage deposits work?

If Giuliana (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
