Da un lato l’elegante zona residenziale di San Saba, con i suoi villini di inizio secolo, le antiche chiese e i giardini nascosti dietro alti cancelli. Dall’altro lato la folcloristica zona di Testaccio, nota per le sue trattorie e i locali notturni. Di fronte all’appartamento si delineano le Mura Aureliane e con una breve e piacevole passeggiata potrete raggiungere le terme di Caracalla, il Circo Massimo e, volendo, spingervi a piedi fino al Foro Romano e al Colosseo.
Alle spalle dell’appartamento si estende la zona dell’Ostiense dove potrete fare incetta di cucina italiana nei negozi e nei ristoranti del moderno edificio di Eataly.
Solo a pochi passi dall’appartamento, in Piazzale dei Partigiani, si trovano molte linee Bus (capolinea), i treni della Stazione Ostiense e la Metropolitana (fermata Piramide), che collegano in modo capillare tutto il resto della città.
La linea Bus 175 ferma proprio di fronte alla palazzina e collega la Stazione Ostiense alla Stazione Termini attraverso luoghi di interesse storico secondo un itinerario che sembra disegnato da una guida turistica.
Siamo quindi in una tranquilla zona residenziale ricca di grandi tesori da raggiungere a piedi o con i numerosi mezzi pubblici. Si tratta di una casa vacanze di 200 mq, situata in una zona residenziale del centro città, Testaccio. Può accogliere fino a 12 persone e si trova al primo piano.
La casa vacanze può opspitare grandi gruppi con la massima comodità, ci sono 3 bagni, tutti dotati di doccia con cabina in cristallo e rifiniti con decorazioni in mosaico e piastrelle di qualità.

Per riunirsi nei giorni d’inverno il grande salone è il luogo ideale, con gli accoglienti divani davanti alla tv LED da 40", dotata di lettore DVD e abbonamento SKY. Il tavolo da pranzo può accogliere tutti e 12 gli ospiti dell’appartamento.
Nelle giornate più calde si può godere del grande terrazzo da 100 mq, arredato con tavolo da pranzo e un salottino dove rilassarvi dopo le visite della città.

L’appartamento vacanze è stato completamente ristrutturato di recente. I mobili d’epoca sono stati mantenuti ed integrati con arredi più moderni, creando un ambiente elegante e accogliente.

Apartment in San Saba, near Testaccio and the Ostiense area
The holiday apartment San Saba can accommodate groups of up to 12 persons and is composed of 5 bedrooms, a spacious living room, 3 baths and a modern kitchen. A large terrace furnished with a dining table and chairs is the ideal ambience where to relax after long visits of the city. The area is residential and far from traffic noise, but well connected with public transportation. The bus stop is right in front of the building, while the metro stop Piramide is at a distance of 400 meters.
The apartment has a surface area of 200 square metres and is located in a residential area in the city centre. It can accommodate up to 12 people and is situated on the first floor.
There are five bedrooms in total, three of which are triple bedrooms with a double and a single bed each, and the other two being furnished one with a double, the other with a single bed. Two of the triple bedrooms face towards a pleasant balcony. From the bright master bedroom, arranged with antique furniture and flooded by light entering through the windows on two sides, the large terrace can be accessed directly, as well as through the third triple bedroom.
For a maximum of comfort, there are three separate bathrooms, each complete with a glass shower box and refined with decorative mosaic and high quality tiles.
The kitchen is completely furnished with state-of-the-art utensils and kitchen equipment: dishwasher, microwave oven, refrigerator and freezer are all available to you.
On cold winter days the large living room with its comfortable sofas in front of the 40" LED TV with DVD player and Sky subscription is the ideal place to come together. The large glass dining table offers space for all 12 guests.
On warm summer days you can instead fully enjoy the large terraceof 100 square metres, furnished with a dining table and an outside sitting area, where you can relax after a long day of sightseeing in the city.
Other apartment features are air conditioning in all rooms, a washing machine and a free wireless internet connection at your disposal.
The antique furniture has been maintained during renovation and redecoration and integrated with more modern furniture, together creating an elegant and welcoming atmosphere.
At your arrival a deposit of Euro 300 is required, which will be returned at the end of your stay except in the case of any damage caused to the flat.
