Campo de’ Fiori… Basta andare nel famoso mercato per sentire ancora l’inconfondibile voce di Anna Magnani dirvi “Che mele che c’ho oggi, che mele!”, come nel celebre film degli anni ’40 “Campo de’ Fiori”. È qui che potete scoprire ancora l’essenza genuina e autentica della città. Nonostante i negozi di souvenir e i ristoranti con il menù turistico, questa zona non ha perso il suo fascino antico, con i suoi vicoli e le sue botteghe.

Il nostro appartamento si trova in Via dei Baullari, la strada che collega le magnifiche Piazza Navona e Campo de’ Fiori. La via ha cambiato nome nel corso degli anni a seconda delle botteghe che vi nascevano, prima Via dei Ferravecchi, per i venditori di ferri vecchi, poi via dei Valigiari, per la presenza di commercianti di valige e infine via dei Baullari per le botteghe che fabbricavano bauli.

La posizione è ideale per visitare il centro città, con brevi e piacevoli passeggiate si raggiungono, oltre alle già citate Piazza Navona e Campo de Fiori, il Vaticano e Castel Sant’Angelo, il Pantheon e Piazza di Spagna. Siamo al quarto piano con ascensore di un nobiliare edificio del centro storico. Il seicentesco palazzo rappresentava l'antico ufficio postale di ingresso alla città, riferimento per lo scambio di merci provenienti dalla campagna laziale. Una grande balconata decora l'angolo su Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, proprio lì - nello stesso stabile - si trovano gli altri nostri grandi appartamenti BAULLARI I e BAULLARI III, capaci di ospitare fino a 12 persone ciascuno.

Ci troviamo in una casa vacanze molto spaziosa, che può accogliere fino a 8 persone. In totale ci sono 4 camere da letto di cui tre matrimoniali, e una doppia. I bagni sono tre, due con doccia, uno con vasca.

Il cuore dell’appartamento è rappresentato dalla grande cucina, arredata con mobili moderni. Un grande tavolo per accogliere tutti gli ospiti la rende un ambiente accogliente e intimo.

Completano l’appartamento un salotto dove riunirsi dopo le vostre visite della città. Troverete infine lavatrice, lavastoviglie, connessione Internet WI FI gratuita, aria condizionata nelle camere da letto e nel salotto.

L'appartamento presenta un suo caratteristico fascino in quanto vi è stata conservata la struttura antica, come si nota dai magnifici soffitti con i travi in legno, le grandi porte con particolari sopraluce in ferro o legno, i pavimenti in parquet e in mattoni esagonali stile liberty.

Nello stesso palazzo si trovano anche gli appartamenti AP27 BAULLARI III, per 12 persone e AP31 BAULLARI, per 13 persone. È possibile perciò affittare insieme questi appartamenti a gruppi o a famiglie che vogliono ciascuno la propria indipendenza.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to view all your booking details, pay the balance of your holiday or cancel it if you need to.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact the property manager to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
