Siamo a due passi della celebre piazza di Spagna, famosa in tutto il mondo per la sua scalinata e la Fontana della Barcaccia, una scenografia unica e inconfondibile, citata nella Tosca di Puccini e nel Piacere di D’Annunzio. Passeggiando tra le carrozzelle di Piazza di Spagna e gustando un dolce nell’Antico Caffè Greco di Via Condotti, potrete immergervi nelle atmosfere di primo ‘900.

È il quartiere più elegante e prestigioso della città, dove si trovano le boutique delle grandi firme della moda, nella famosa Via Condotti e nelle stradine adiacenti.

Questa zona oltre allo shopping, vi permetterà di visitare comodamente il centro storico. Si possono raggiungere a piedi la Fontana di Trevi, il Pantheon, l’Ara Pacis, e grazie alla fermata della metro di Piazza di Spagna potrete spostarvi anche nelle altre zone della città. Siamo al 3° piano con ascensore di un elegante condominio in via Bocca di Leone, strada di grandi stilisti, boutique d'alta moda e hotel di lusso.

Ci troviamo in un appartamento molto spazioso, dove ci accoglie un lungo corridoio che conduce al soggiorno. In questo ambiente si trovano un tavolo da pranzo, la zona tv e un comodo divano letto matrimoniale.

Le camere da letto sono 3. Una singola e una doppia arredate in modo giovane e moderno, e una camera matrimoniale caratterizzata invece per i mobili d’epoca di primo ‘900, per un totale di 5 posti letto a cui vanno aggiunti i 2 del soggiorno. Dall'ingresso si accede a un piccolo terrazzino interno.

I bagni sono due, entrambi con doccia. Completa l’appartamento la cucina, attrezzata con forno, frigorifero e lavastoviglie. Dalla cucina si accede a una caratteristica veranda dove si trova un secondo tavolo da pranzo.

Si tratta di un appartamento molto silenzioso, tutte le finestre affacciano infatti all’interno dell’edificio e non sulla strada, ed elegante, con mobili antichi che si fondono con elementi di design.

L’appartamento è inoltre dotato di TV con abbonamento SKY, aria condizionata e connessione Internet WI FI gratuita.

Condotti apartment in Piazza di Spagna

Condotti is a spacious vacation apartment in via Bocca di Leone, just around the corner from the Spanish Steps and via Condotti. There are 3 bedrooms, a living room with double sofa bed, two bathrooms with shower and a large kitchen with a veranda. The metro stop Spagna can be reached on foot in a few minutes.

The apartment is located on the third floor of an elegant condominium with elevator in Via Bocca di Leone; the street of great designers, fashion boutiques and luxury hotels.

You will enter the very spacious apartment through a long hallway which leads to the living room. There is a dining table with room for all the guests, a TV area and a comfortable double sofa-bed in this room.

There are three bedrooms. One single and one of the double bedrooms are equipped with young and modern furniture, while the third bedroom is characterized by furniture from the early 20th century. All together, the beds allow for 5 guests, and it is possible to have 2 more guests by adding the double sofa-bed in the living room. From the hallway you have access to a tiny terrace on the inner part of the building.

The two bathrooms are both equipped with showers. The apartment is rounded off by the kitchen, complete with oven, fridge, microwave and a dishwasher. From the kitchen you have access to a characteristic patio where you will find a second dining table.

The apartment is very quiet since all its windows face away from the street and towards the courtyard on the interior of the condominium. It is further very elegantly equipped with antique furniture which blends nicely with modern design elements.

You will also find a TV with SKY subscription, air conditioning and a free wireless internet connection in the apartment.

It is possible to accommodate 8 more guests in the apartment AP28 CONDOTTI II, which is located on the second floor of the same building.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
