VISIT ENGLAND GOLD AWARD FOR EXCELLENCE

Middleton Lodge nestles in the back streets of Looe. Whilst the building has stood for many long years internally the renovation is state of the art and completed to a very high standard.

The property is entered on the second floor of the building where there are two bedrooms, the master bedroom with king size double bed and a seond twin room complete with 32" TV and X box 360 - perfect for kids big and small! Also on this floor is the family shower room, a striking room tiled throughout in black and with an electric shower, wc and wash hand basin.

Upstairs is the open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area has a fully fitted, modern, white kitchen which includes halogen hob, electric oven, wine cooler and washer drier. There is a breakfast bar with 6 stools and the lounge area has comfortable leather seating, 42" TV with basic Sky package and DVD player. There is free wifi, sonos speakers and even an iPad for guest use. Each side of the room are juliet balconies and from both guests can look out over the roof tops towards the beach - there are sea glimpses so you really know you arent far away! There is a sofa bed which can accommodate up to two additional guests.

Middleton Lodge is a two minute walk from the beach and rivers edge and Looes many shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs are all within a very short walk. Please note there is a sofa bed and additional bar stools for up to two additional guests. Parking is available in a large public car park the Millpool a 5-10 minute walk from the property. Payment on arrival via the Just Park App costs approximately £39.00 per week. Alternatively you can pay via the app up to one month in advance and choose a season ticket which costs £27.84
