Within walking distance of Bath city centre and with the added benefit of free on-site guest parking, hi-speed internet, multi channel Sky Tv, Netflix and Amazon Video. Located to the rear of the main property, this self contained ground floor apartment has its own private access, garden and is equipped to the highest standard.

Outside, French doors open onto your own secluded, private patio/dining area, complete with teak garden furniture. Fairy lights come on as dusk deepens adding to the magic of your very own secret garden. Careful planting has ensured privacy as well as a beautiful, tranquil place to relax. The apartment is located within walking distance of local supermarkets and bars / restaurants which also offer a great choice of food delivery options. For those who prefer to self-cater, the kitchen is fully equipped and a free welcome pack is also provided upon arrival including, fresh coffee, tea, milk, butter, bread and preserves.

We welcome pets subject to prior notification at no extra charge.

Smoking is permitted on-site although guests are kindly reminded to refrain from doing so in the apartment itself (an ashtray is provided). For guests also considering a visit to Bristol during their stay, the local train station is aprox 12 minutes walk from the apartment with services operating approximately every 30 minutes

Why can't I call Kate (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Kate (the owner) a message.

If Kate (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
