Location description from owner

The Scotland region

We are situated on the Moray Firth in Sutherland. We have many great Golf courses within 20 minutes from Brora including Royal Dornoch. We have on occasions a wonderful climate, but there is freedom, no pollution and miles of golden sands in Brora. An abundance of wild life and many places of interest around this area. It is a good base for visiting the whole county and the islands. Orkney can be visited in one day and there is a ferry from the North. Dunrobin is a splendid Castle with tours, wonderful gardens which makes a lovely day out for all the family.

Brora

Brora is a small village with the river Brora running through to the sea. It has beautiful beaches and the famous Clynelish Distillery. There are three lochs a few miles inland where the scenery is spectacular. Stags can be seen all the way up the glen. There are lovely villages within a few miles of Brora with various visitor attractions.
