This comfortable apartment is in the village of Ambleside in Cumbria and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.Rothay 17 is a comfortable apartment located in Ambleside in Cumbria. Set over the second and third floors, the apartment sleeps six people in two bedrooms, comprising one king-size double and one twin, as well as a family bathroom and a shower room. The apartment also contains a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with a double drop down bed. To the outside of the apartment is off road parking for one car and a balcony with furniture. Located in stunning countryside, Rothay 17 is a lovely apartment to explore the many delights of the area.

Amenities: Electric central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Balcony with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pub 2 mins walk down a steep hill. Note: Children must be supervised at all times due to the balcony.

Region: Impressive mountains, open fells and clear-water lakes, the Lake District has it all. From walking in the mountains to exhilarating watersports or just a gentle cruise on a steam-powered yacht, Cumbria is the perfect holiday destination.

Town: Ambleside makes a superb base for touring the central Lakes, with Grasmere and the Langdale Valley just a short drive away. There is plenty to do here with numerous shops, restaurants and pubs in the village to suit all tastes. On the lakeside at Waterhead, the parkland offers lovely views down the lake and a short stretch of beach, whilst a walk in the other direction, will bring you to the entrancing waterfall of Stock Ghyll Force.
