“Beautiful and well-equipped house with amazing hospitality” 9 persons from Finland. The Sun Terrace House is in a great location: close to the beach and surf spots, cafes and grocery stores. Terrace is large and private, with large table and chairs. The kitchen has modern equipment and all the necessary tools to cook a dinner for a large group of people. Rooms are big and beautiful, with a lot of cabin space. The house is a even prettier and more spacious than the pictures suggest. View from the terraces are very nice and large windows make the house very light. After all this said, still the best part of this property is no doubt its owners. Mr. and Mrs. Barardo take very good care of the guests and were more than welcoming to us. Mr. Barardo showed us around the house and the town and gladly helped us with anything we could have in mind. If you want to spend a great vacation in Baleal with no stress, we would very much recommend this house or any other house Mr. Barardo owns in the area. No bad things to say.

“great location” great location 25 min walk from the marina, 20 minute walk from the old village and 15 min walk from the nearest supermarket. the villia was spacious with en suite bathrooms to every bedroom with 2 bedrooms with a balcony. each room also had aircon. the pool area and grounds where very well maintained. the interior inside the villa was out dated and in need of refurbishing this been said it was very clean. pallo was a great host who responded to all our comunications and was very helpful. he arranged our transfersand answered all are queries. we noticed our mircowave was not working this was not important to us so we never reported it however mentioned it before check out so they knew we did not break it and pallo was apoligic and said if he had known sooner he would have replaced it. ww had a great stay. brilliant location for a large group. would definitely stay again. great value for money only thjbb missing was mondern interior however its well priced for what you get.
